they need to pay more attention to all details starting from the parking where the entrance has an opposite way arrow, going to the room that has a bed that moves when you lean on the wall which is used as the back of the bed. No prayer mat unfortunately. Agent asked me to pay although I already paid through booking although I shouldn't but because I got a notification. welcoming was not there. the elevator shows floor 3 for floor 2. no face towels. Poor sound proof between the toilet and the room. I found out that they are offering the room for a guest asking for a room for a price way less than the price I got from Booking. small tv for the room size. windows view is on a wall!!

Covered car parking in basement, very spacious. Quite area and location close to Park Avenue Mall. Spacious room. Sofa bed quite comfortable. Sustainability is very well promoted throughout the hotel.

Breakfast not included. Prayer mat kind of rubber, not cloth so not comfortable. Rug under the beds looked a bit weary and unclean.

Breakfast is so limited and minimal, adding more varieties, such as roman, cheddar cheese, oats and more cereals, 2 more main dishes like falafel and potatoes, more fruits and fresh juices

All Reception staff are excellent well educated and trained

Restaurant specially breakfast was either cold or not available such as eggs No more option and no staff to help u there it seems to be on person is doing everything in the restaurant

Very comfy and cosy with friendly staff and nice location of restaurants and facilities below it And Mr Yaser is truly amazing with great customer service skills and attitude

It can be improved, specially the fridge and water flow from the hand washer

Breakfast is repetitive.. it would be better if it is different. Responsiveness from the reception should be improved a little more.

The hotel was ideally located across from a large mosque. The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean.

The internet was down for several hours. Afterward, they managed to resolve the issue.

Great place to stay with all the hotel staff providing excellent friendly service, nice facilities and good location to move around to get what you need. Nice touch with Pool table and Gaming corner to keep guests young and old entertained.

Breakfast service can be improved.

The place is very simple, yet different. The hotel and room has nice quotes, the board outside the room to note if u wish to clean ur room or are sleeping etc… is very unique
