When I walked into reception, Khalid and Muath met me. I had just driven nine hours from Jeddah, and we got into a conversation. These guys made me feel welcome. Even though I was tired from the drive, I enjoyed talking to these guys. They made my stay special and also gave me a free upgrade to junior suite which I very much appreciated after my long drive.. Thank you Khaild and Muath, whenever I come to Riyadh, I will always at this hotel and I look forward to catching up with you guys soon!

I had an amazing stay at Braira and I truly appreciate their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional making the check-in process smooth and effortless. To my surprise, the manager Faisal, even upgraded my room to a suite, which was a wonderful gesture that made my stay even more special.

I was disappointed that there was no spa or hair salon for women—only for men. It would have been nice to have these services available. Also I had to walk to another building to a Gym. As for the food, it was okay, but nothing exceptional.

It was (I believe) my 15th time staying at Braira Qurtubah and it always feels like home when I stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is very good. And even during Ramandan they provide a good breakfast in the room (for people who don't do fasting). Private parking at the hotel feels safe. Location of the hotel is just perfect. Short drive from the airport and easy location to drive from to other parts of Riyadh. I will be back soon.

1- Lunch and dinner are quite average. I expected more variety 2- Above average room rates 3- Front desk require more training on how to handle guests, queuing guests in order or explaining why they stop to assist another guest who is #2 in queue 4- More training for restaurant staff to attend to guests when restaurant is empty!

The room is beyond our expectations and comfortable, all the facilities included. The food is excellent and variety, really enjoyed with the dessert as well. Checking in and checking out also easy to follow.

I understand the hotels policy generally pursuing guests comfort, however it’s better to have a separated internal bar for people who is willing to drink, as I came to learn that I have to click on the online box to avoid bringing alcohol in my internal refrigerator

I've used the gym for the first time this trip. While it needs a little more life to it, the equipment was sufficient to get a good work out in.

On two separate stays I've noticed the shower water make its way to the main bathroom floor, which makes quite a mess especially in the smaller bathrooms. They really need to sort that out across all rooms.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. Starting from the beginning, the receptionist "Heila" was very helpful, nice, and professional. She recommended that we see the room and make made sure we liked it before she gave it to us. The coffeeshop seating area was also very nice. We loved sitting outdoor at the pool during these times when the weather is nice in Riyadh. Finally, when we asked the receptionist "Heila" if it is possible to extend our checkout time because of our late flight, she was so nice and did it. If you are in Riyadh and looking for a nice, modern, clean, affordable and luxurious hotel, this is it.

The only thing I did not like was the room card. We had to go to the reception a couple of times to reprogram it, which was not a big deal.

The lobby bathroom could be better I thought my room would have a bathtub (it was in the description of the room) but apparently none of the rooms have one

Everything was perfect, breakfast was great.

There were kids in the Swimming pool from 02am till 07am making too much noise until I call the reception and complain. I was unable to sleep for the whole night due to the noise. even though you mentioned that the room is soundproof but literally it was not. Later when I checked in the reception about the timing of the pool, they mentioned it is not allowed to use the pool at midnight. management has to look into it to make sure the guests get full comfort during their stay.

Firstly I would like to thank all the staff starting with the checkin desk by Ms. Malak she was really helpful and cooperative. Ending by Mr. Mohammed Alshammari with his welcoming gesture and excellent attitude. Moreover, The coffee shop staff was really efficient and friendly. They greeted customers with a warm smile and took their orders promptly. One of the key assets in this hotel is people.
