My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr. Islam and his colleague at the reception, who were both incredibly professional and welcoming. The staff at the restaurant and concierge were also attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We had two very clean rooms, each equipped with a sitting area and a kitchen. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, cutlery, cups, and even a flask, which made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel’s laundry room was another useful feature. The breakfast offered a good variety, with plenty of options to suit different tastes, although some items could have been kept hotter. The location was perfect for us, with a large mosque just a 2-minute walk away, which also hosted Friday prayers—a wonderful convenience for our family. Highly recommended!

The only downside to our stay was the internet, which was quite poor—possibly because we stayed on ground-floor rooms. However, I’m confident that if we had brought it to their attention, they would have resolved it promptly, as they did when we encountered a minor issue with the AC, which was fixed very quickly. That said, since we were out for most of the day, this didn’t inconvenience us too much.

We only needed a quick overnight stay so this was excellent value in Riyadh compared to the other much pricier options. Free parking. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Had a good rest for our drive next morning. We were transiting via Riyadh on way back from Umrah. Since we did not need to be in the city center the location of this hotel was quite convenient. We left next morning without getting stuck in Riyadh traffic. Would definitely book again if required for a similar trip.

Breakfast (suhoor) was underwhelming. Minor maintenance matters with the room - nothing serious - just some little things that need to be fixed.

Location is just at the entrance of riyadh comings from dammam so you don’t have to go through riyadh traffic to reach hotel.

I had a broken leg so while my husband was at work staff checked on me as I was alone this was a very nice touch

Our first time in Riyadh and we are very happy to have found this gem of a hotel. The manager (Islam) who meet us on arrival was amazing and so helpful and generous with his time, especially being Ramadan. He assisted us with obtaining food and arranging breakfast to our room. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the third level, which was very well sized, clean and comfortable. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Riyadh for leisure or if you require an off compound solution for longer stays.

This hotel met our expectations especially with Ramadan being adhered to by all the staff.

- The rooms needs renovations. - facilities were limited. (no laundry service, only one restaurant/ cafe and the options there wasn’t the best). - Parking lot design is atrocious every car was crammed next to each other and my car was scratched there. - Breakfast buffet could be improved i only ate in it once and that was enough for me not comeback to it again.

I really like everything to be honest. First the cleanliness, the confort of the bed, the room, the friendly staff, the breakfast, the indoor parking and maybe above all the location: close to the iconic soccer stadium and empty space to go either for a run or cycling.

My safe wasn’t working properly in the room and was not sealed, so I kept all my valuable in a suitcase.Beside this everything was excellent and way above expectation.

We had two bedroom appartment , the appartment was supper and we love to stay again. the only wifi is not so good , need to improve its services. The breakfast is pretty cool, small setup but also everything needed. the lobby is beautiful and the smell is good in coridoor,

The reception staff is good and know how to communicate in English but few staff need improvement in the language . THe wifi is no so good but works. everything was perfect.

Very clean in general, furniture are modern and new , lovely kitchen, very nice service, i like the corridor odor , comfortable bed and sofa

The toilet is leaking, even though we were couples and booked for that , material in bathroom was only for one , the breakfast is very limited and doesn’t worth the payment

The hotel staff didn't follow the check-in time put on the reservation from booking.com, and there was no notification about this information. The heater in the bathroom goes cold in 5 minutes or less when taking a shower.
