The amenities and facilities are excellent. The staff are really hospitable and accomodating. The requests are always provided with ease and comfort. They served sumptuous breakfast. The reception is very responsive, we would like to commend all of the receptionist especially the morning shift during our stay (we forgot to get the name) and for the complimentary he gave us.

The staff named Abdulrahman is quite rude with the way he communicates with the guest.. There was a mishap regarding breakfast inclusion in the reservation and he suddenly told us unconstructively that "actually you do not have breakfast in your room". We might have a miscommunication during check in and we could pay that. His way of talking was quite insulting.

Clean and comfortable room with daily water bottles supplied. Breakfast is quite various and cooked products are very tasteful. The cook is friendly and smart. Hotel position is excellent since it's close to fast foods and supermarket. Moreover in the main road is very rapid to catch a taxi. For this category of hotel the price is lower than most alternatives in Riyadh.

Some noises and lights coming from corridor, the door is not well acoustic isolated and the light filters from the bottom. The pool is not comfortable since there is too much warm in the air.

The staff were awesome, they were polite and helpful. I would like to especially thank the evening receptionist as he helped me provide flexible timing for check out. The services were adequate and the suhoor buffet was delicious. The location is great as well. Kettle with teas and coffees was also provided. Overall, a comfortable stay is guaranteed by their amazing service staff (which includes the cleaning staff, buffet staff and the evening receptionist)

The rooms are old and the pictures don't exactly match the description. The hotel failed to respond to my requests consistently for an early check in, which was disappointing. The morning receptionist needs to work on his communication and hospitality skills! The hotel price was expensive.

The rooms were spacious and the staff was very helpful and kind especially the cleaning staff. The pool is nice though small and good for a family stay. The price is very affordable and good location.

The breakfast was standard everyday, could have more variety. The rooms had carpet so it wasn't very clean. The toilet doesn't have an exhaust so it smelled bad. We had to buy an air freshener and use it.

At arrival, my pleasant stay started with a warmth welcome by the duty manager. Other requests like an upgrade of the room, was performed on a professional, but most importantly on a friendly and warm way. This makes me feel very comfortable during the stay. Housekeeping and Room service were both very accurate and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Dabab by Warwick and will recommend others to choose for this hotel.

More variation in the food, like Mixed grilled or grilled beef options, nevertheless the food was of very high quality.

The hotel is old compared to the other hotels in Riyadh but the location is the best really. easy to get everywhere from Dabab. the staff at reception are really helpful and polite. especially Suleiman and Mahmoud. they helped with the taxis, recommendations for food, they took a really good care for our comfort. breakfast is good, full of variety :) cleaning is every day, they bring fresh water too on a daily basis :)

the Hotel is very quiet and has a safety box when in fact you don't need it in Saudi Arabia, as it is a safe country. near supermarkets, the biggest medical cities, and other facilities. the hotel staff are very smart, accommodating, and very Friendly, and professional. I like the receptionist staff such as Danish Suleman /Jim and Peter who is working as the bellboy.

The hotel is clean. Staff are hospitable, considerate, and supportive. The room's size is unexpectedly spascious for me as a solo traveler. Room service is highly appreciated. I love its beef steak with pepper, and mushroom ... grilled shrimps ... chicken briyani ... chicken cream soup, and club sandwich. 😊

I love the location it’s very accessible to everything such as supermarket, shopping centre’s and even hospitals. I love the rooms and how they prepare them. The cleanliness was superb. I love the view, from our room you can see the kingdom tower and Faisaliah tower. And what made our stay more beautiful was the staffs they are so professionals and welcoming. Thank you

The duty manager is so accommodating.The.chef during breakfast also very nice and his omelette is good.

No water was given the next day. Though it's a small things but counts. Lacking of towels and slippers when we check in but it was given soon when we request.
