The hotel and location were generally very good. Riyadh Zoo is within walking distance, which the children enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good price considering the general price range in Riyadh. It was very clean, thanks to Mr. Sharif who cleaned it for us daily.

The elevators were small, which meant that we could not enter with our baby stroller and had to fold it every time we wanted to use them. The hotel could have been more helpful with our bags, especially when we arrived as there was nobody to assist us at the reception despite arriving early in the evening.

The place was nice and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle .. but had a nice large lounge with cafe and good food/snacks . We spent more time there than in our room when at the hotel. Easy to get everywhere with taxis The dining was large and airy and comfortable and there was a decent spread and election for breakfast, even at 10.00am. The staff were very polite and helpful at breakfast. The room are like in the pictures and beds comfortable .

THE SETTINGS OF THE FUNITURE WERE SIMPLE A GOOD. I LOVED EVERY THING. THERE WAS AN EXCELLENT YOUNG MAN THE WAITER WHO MADE MY STAY COMFORTABLE

Cleanliness: 10 Very clean rooms and bathroom. Clean bed sheets and bed covers. Comfort: 10 Size-wise, the room is not that spacious, but comfortable to move around. No noise from outside or neighbour rooms. Facilities: 9 A fridge, which cools, and that's it. An iron & an ironing board. Almost all of the bathroom amenities are available; a dental kit, shaving kit, shower gel, shampoo, cups, and towels. Location: 10 The location is very good. A nearby shop, pharmacy and other services available. There is a private parking slots available. Staff: 10 Great hospitality from all the staff. Very helpful, polite, cooperative and respectful. Breakfast: 9 Breakfast is excellent, with great service. Open buffet to a wide variety of delicious and fresh food and drinks. WiFi: 9 Very good WiFi connection, takes sometime to connect but rarely disconnects. Speed depends on the time of the day. Value for Money: 9 Worth the price, specially when you see much lesser hotels with the same or even higher prices around the same area.

I have booked the hotel through booking.com while I requested for extension they asked me for different price than which I booked through booking.com and It is the first time I experienced. I use to get the same price for extension even though I booked through booking.com.

good location, pretty central and able to easily get taxi/ Uber. There are also some restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was nice but not included in the room rate. Bed was super comfy.

Wi-Fi is so bad in the rooms. For 4 nights we was only provided one big towel and one hand towel even though there was two of us. Air con was super noisy and hard to use as the control didn’t seem to work properly. Also the imagine of the pool looks nothing like the reality - it’s tiny and not inviting to use at all.

The location was great for us as we were visiting family. The hotel is well located with ample parking. The staff are exceptionally well mannered and very willing to help. I mistakenly booked a week ahead of my actual arrival date and they had no issues whatsoever to change at no extra cost. It's a good clean basic hotel with a price to match

The location is good for me, the room is very clean and the best thing is the restaurant person Mr. Sarwar, he is a very kind man, warm welcome for his guests and he always doing his best to make sure that everything is going well.

Really good hotel overall, very functional room, it has everything you need as a business traveller.

AC in my room was unbearably noisy, and went on and off with a thudd. Didnt sleep for a minute.

New furniture clean and quiet ,it is more than 4 stars parking was available meals and all orders was available
