I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall had a good experience. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The private swimming pool with keys was a nice perk and added to our enjoyment of the hotel. The location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the area.

However, I was disappointed to find that despite booking a room for four people (2 adults and 2 kids), the hotel only arranged for food for two people based on the standard room. The staff did step in and arranged for an extra meal, but I believe this oversight should not have happened in the first place. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the helpful staff and great amenities, but would caution future guests to double check their bookings to avoid any similar issues.

I truly enjoyed my experience, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations, the helpfulness of your staff was outstanding, and I was particularly grateful for the fast service I received throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out procedures were also efficient and seamless, making my visit even more enjoyable.

Swimming pool for kids. Receptionist Izzat was very cooperative. Location is near to important places. Room size is big and beds are comfortable. Economical price for the facilities.

breakfast. Behavior of housekeeping and support staff. may be they are not satisfied with their Job or pay. Limited toiletries provided. Almost see through transparent door of toilet made you uncomfortable if you have kids.

Neat and Clean, Comfortable rooms, flexible checkout time upto 3 pm, location of hotel is near to the Zoo and King Abdullah Park. Car Parking is also available inside the basement and you can also park outside of the hotel premises in public parking. Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacies and many shops are all around.

We are family of four and we cannot sleep on one Double bed and they dont have any other rooms of single 4 beds. Therefore we have to adjust ourselves with too much difficulty.

Value for money. Great location. Breakfast was delivered to the room. They dont have specific space for it. but it was great. Friendly staff.

A space for dining (restaurant) would have been great. No dining table provided in the room. Still its fine.

Stayed two days and received exactly the same breakfast on day 1 & 2. The bathroom and swimming need to be maintained.

The front office staff Mohameed Ali is so great, warm welcomed and friendly staff. He is great asset to the hotel.

There was no towel in the room. However I received 10 mins after requested.
