We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, we were in fact contemplating whether we should just stayed in an istraha because we will be loud in the room, but luckily, no one has complained. The room is also very clean and complete with kitchen utensils and plates, etc. The receptionist and staff are also welcoming and we felt welcomed. We left our universal adapter and they safekept it and we got it in good condition. We will surely be back for another celebration and will book a bigger room.

The internet only worked for apple products and not in android which is weird. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived late because we were driving from mekkah to riyadh (9 hrs straight) and when we arrived the best thing happened to us was meeting with the manager there (alkhayyat) he was very helpful and nice and welcoming, gave us a free upgrade and made our stay super comfortable and pleasant, thank u man

It´s a very clean, big and comfortable room, just like that at any other Marriott property.

The price of the breakfast ($33) seems very steep for what it is. It´s a bit far from either the old town or the financial center. Having said that, they have ample free parking, so location was not that big an issue for us.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment with good amenities and excellent room service. I think it was exceptionally good to stay here. A bit costly.

Exceptionally well maintained and clean apartment!

Checkin process was fast. All people at the hotel are very welcoming. Pool, jaccuzi, sauna and steam room all good with convenient opening time. Rooms are very clean and parking spaces inside and outside are spacious. First hotel ever who put the crib based on my message that I sent before coming to the hotel. Mattresses and pillows are so comfy. Thanks to Mr. Raed and Islam for following-up to make sure things went well.

Everything was amazing. Gym in the building is small, however, you are able to use other professional gym right next building which belongs to the hotel as well.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Large underground parking and decent internet connection. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was gorgeous, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. AC and enternet were on point. The apartment was spacious, had great facilities and utilities, over all great service and experience. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

management should immediately assign some budget to replace the Sanitary/ Hardware fittings which includes but not limited to bathroom sewage pipes, shower, tub, install exhaust fans controlled by tenants instead of management etc…
