i can't confirm there is something i don't like but subject of improvement, - appliances such as the T.V type and size, Satellite channels updates and mini Fridge to be change. all the above mentioned working no doubt but subject of improvement.

The location was perfect for us since we were driving. Easy to find, lots of parking space available. Quite area. Welcoming and polite hotel staff. The food from private dining was delicious, In fact it was the most memorable meal I had in KSA in my 10 week trip. The room is big and clean. The furniture is a bit old but it did not afect the level of comfort. The bed is very comfortable. We stayed only for one night, but I would defenetaly stay there again for a short stay in Riyadh.

After shower the bathroom floor covers in water. It needs upgrade.

The hotel is in a good central location in Riyadh. The staff are exceptional in their customer service, no request is too big/small. All rooms are very comfortable.

The F&B could be improved upon. Other than that, all was good. The rooms were comfortable, but no ironing board.

WiFi unstable, breakfast not worth the money: no cereals, scrambled eggs from a tetrapak and other convenience foods, no choice of fruits or breads. Vast choice of food, but lack in quality.

We stayed at Al Mutlaq Hotel for two nights. Although it was fully booked our rooms were ready once we arrived. As a family with young children they gave us a connected room just like I asked. The rooms size were perfect, we had a good night sleep on the very comfortable beds. Our booking didn't come with breakfast so we ordered room service for both mornings. The breakfast was really good and we ordered dinner one night as well. The price was very reasonable compared to the amount of food, it also came with juice, coffee and tea. Atif Abbasi and Zaki Eslam at the reception both welcomed us with a smile and were very friendly and helpful. I guess that was a highlight to our stay. If they are reading this, I would like to Thank them very much for making our stay amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and will certainly stay in it again in our coming visit to Riyadh.

I had a fantastic experience. The receptionist Mr Atif Abbasi, concierge, and housekeeping teams were all excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay.
