I like the courtesy of the staff from the reception Mr Mehran reaching out to us before hand since our arrival flight is late…when we arrived 2am another staff politely helped us considering our long haul of travel from Madina.. The breakfast served were palatable and the staff is accommodating.. it serves rice- so for us filipinos- its a double thumbs up.. 👍👍😍 the location is nearby all filipino fast food and stores that is why we chose this place also… overall, staff are friendly and accommodating- good value for service, buffet breakfast and overall stay.. highly recommended for those who wanted to have a no pressure no hassle travel and encounter with hotel staff.. thank you for all those who served us in our stay! Definitely coming back 🙏

The drainage system must be fixed as some smell comes out when you flush- I think a CR deodorizer must be in place… tissue in the CR if I may suggest A little bit thicker.. thanks

I recently stayed at Hotelier Suites by Cantonal during my holiday, and I had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the quality of service provided by the staff. Staff were so friendly especially both Saudi ladies in Lobby & Ms.Abeer was always helpful, polite and always smiling while meeting us. the Indian guy helping to serve breakfast was nice and helpful. In general lobby staff were nice and helpful. Mr. Mohamed too was helpful, nice and polite.

Rooms need renovation. House keeping disappeared during my 4 night stay. It needs a lot of work with house keeping staff.

The staff at the reception desk, especially Mr. Mehran, was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was within the small dining area, and the staff was very helpful and cooperative. The location of the facility was ideal. Overall, the hotel staff was excellent in providing the services.

The Wi-Fi did not work properly, so a real workout is needed. The bathrooms were a little smelly. Some of the split air conditioners are old and make noise.

The property is probably the best 3-star hotel I have stayed so far. Location is great, only 2KM from Tahliya Street. Food is also nice, staff were friendly, and facilities are top-notch. I must mention some notable names who have made our stay memorable; Mrs. Sana (manager), Mr. Loay (reception), and Mr. Rais (restaurant).

The place is great and the staff is extremely friendly. The reception is staffed with multi lingual staff so you will have no problem communicating with the hotel. The breakfast is very good and I would strongly recommend getting the breakfast at the hotel. Overall the room and the stay were great- the staff goes out of their way to help you!

There is everything what is needed for a traveller including a great breakfast) but of course it is team that matters. There had been some issues in my trip non related to the hotel itself, like delay in the beginning and earlier than planned departure. But everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and hospitality.

Great and cooperative staff! The front desk team, especially Mr. Mehran, is always welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel boasts a convenient location, along with a wide lobby and comfortable seating area.

The washroom facilities are outdated and in need of renovation. Slow Wi-Fi.

They have check all the boxes from my end. Also, they also make after services, such as - asking invoice with QR from how days have past on my check-out. Because our company requires this invoice with QR, and they sent it to us right away. Thanks Mehran for your support.

Breakfast is very good. Staff is good and cooperative and very promt in helping with requests! Checkin desk works 24/7. I will definetly stay in same hotel during my next visit to Riyadh. Thank you so much, Hotelier Suites team!
