Highly recommend this hotel - Rooms were large, clean and spacious, gym and pool facilities were great, room service was delicious and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were amazing, super friendly and courteous, offered great customer service where nothing was ever too hard really willing to go over and above to provide a great stay! Also central so most points of interest.

Nothing to complain about - worth noting the hotel is located in a really busy district so there was always bumper to bumper traffic upon leaving the hotel...but once cleared it was still a good location.

The location is perfect if your work is related to financial services - banks and insurers line the street and in most cases are walking distance from the hotel (although it is a little hot). The staff are excellent and the level of cleanliness high. It is a busy place with a nice atmosphere. It is not a staycation location, but a very good business hotel.

I would like to see better coffee or more coffee in the hotel rooms by default and I felt the dry cleaning prices were on the high side (although the service was excellent)

This hotel was a brilliant find. I was blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional friendliness of the staff. I loved the welcome note in my room and was thrilled to see the commitment to cleaning my room on a daily basis. So many hotels are still making excuses around reduced cleaning (owing to Covid) that are no longer relevant. Well done to the Riyadh Marriott for making a positive change. I am always happy to recycle towels, but appreciate the light touch cleaning and the refreshment of guest accessories.

Gym needs proper maintenance, the weight room has many broken and rusty machines. The treadmill and bikes has no proper TV channels (most has none and some have only 2 TV channels !!), Swimming pool was once direty. The Gym was short on towls for several times during my stay. There is no garbage bin from the car park up to my room ! i was carrying my garbage from the car to my room !. very disappointing. breakfast buffet is always the same, some variety can help.

Staff and the welcome in this hotel is always incredible. Rooms are spacious and the service is good (laundry and room service). Gym and pool are top notch also. Easy to get an Uber.

The stay at Riyadh Marriott was was good, Room was clean and comfortable, lounge was welcoming, location was comfortable to approach most of the central places, Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and helpful floor staff (i like hotels with good Buffett breakfast and i find Marriott good), Room Service staff were good and fast to our requests. Covered Parking place was very comfortable.

1. At check-in the reception executive (not to name) should be trained to be smiling and polite instead of stone face :) 2. But it was compensated, as during Check out Mr. Abdullah was quite smiling and he asked about our stay as well as greeted us like a professional at a hospitality place. 3. I don't know why even such big brands like Marriott miss to provide a welcome drink in hot summer of Riyadh with 48 deg temp, you directly go to reception and keep discussing paperwork and booking stuff , you feel relaxed only when you reach to your room (just a suggestion )

Location As much as Riyadh is getting really crazy with traffic i loved it. I wasnt really able to experience the hotel fully as i was only in town for business but i loved my room.

The location is excellent, and the Saudi receptionists were very cooperative and did what was necessary to make my trip special. Not to mention the Saudi coffee hospitality.

Room service was really nice and the food is always delicious. House keeping personnel was friendly and helpful, unfortunately i didn't know his name. Facility is very clean. Reception team is freindly and always smiling.

The staff was so nice, the room was good and clean, and the breakfast was good for a 4-star hotel.

The location of the hotel is crowded with cars, you will hear the ambulance so often because there is a hospital near it. The window is so small and you cannot enjoy the view if though it is a street view.
