1) What I liked most about the hotel was the excellent services provided & high quality of hotel rooms within the price range. Many hotels charge the same amount and offer much lower service standards. 2) The hotel is very clean. 3) The staff are extremely helpful. 4) The breakfast experience is unforgettable, with a variety of dishes from each cuisine.

Honestly, I can't categorize these as major cons, but I wanted to mention them so my review is comprehensive: 1) I smelled a sewage-like odor near the elevators (especially near the basement). The smell wasn't strong, but it was noticeable. 2) The bathroom sink is designed more for washing.... In my opinion, this sink is not the most suitable for ablution.

Overall all are good. Easy access for public transport. Hotel vibe giving me a leasure & comfort experience to release stress way from work area.

1)During registration, I was told can request food service inside the room. Later at 12midnight when call to follow up for order then I was informed that no food allow for room service. 2)menu barcode is display on TV screen which is cannot be scanned. It would be the best if that menu barcode provided in the brochure for more friendly scan. 3)TV channel despite all long list, if possible can provide English drama or movie 4)breakfast menu is limited, if may possible can serve soup such as chicken mushroom soup, barries yogurt, ect.

Without any type of doubt, it is my favorite hotel to stay in Riyadh for business trips. It does not only have an exceptional location, 10 mins from the main street and city center but it is also in a quiet area far away from noise. The gastronomy, breakfast, and food, have international quality standards and a huge range of variety. Staff, in general, is kind and helpful, especially a Saudi tall receptionist, who always is wearing the biggest smile.

When the main door of the rooms is opened and closed it makes a bit of noise.

Reception staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Hotel was very clean, quite and perfect to rest. Room and stuff is very new and maintained. Everything was working properly.

Not much to say. A better welcome was possible since there was no one at hotel's entrance. Location is not good, there is nothing around, just empty plots.

I stayed in this hotel more than 5 times (4-5 days each), and I can see that in Riyadh, it is not easy to find such quality for such a price. What I generally like is the following: Excellent location, quiet area and within 20 mins from many business districts Various restaurants within a walking distance Free underground parking available Helpful and pleasant staff Modern finishing and decorations spacious rooms Food ordering from outside is allowed (delivered to your room if prepaid)

Breakfast (variety) could easily be improved Water leaking from shower door (in all rooms) - they have a design issue No lunch/ dinner buffet (a la carte menu only) Some rooms could be noisy (due to motor/ compressor sounds) - called the reception and engineering solved the issue for me

The location is perfect. Cross the street there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in addition to Thalia street - good for walking and see the vibes. I didn’t use my car for two days. There are underground parking for guests. We had a quick check in. The room is truly spacious. The breakfast buffet is good. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The reception staff (especially the ladies)were always helpful and kind. The subway stop is only a 5-minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could have been a bit better but I understand that in Ramadan time this may be a bit harder.

Everything was great, rooms are clean, comfortable, service is good, staff extremely kind, Wi-Fi works perfectly.

One criticism: The taxi company that the hotel works with is extremely expensive! They are kind, but I wouldn't recommend them because of the price - there are many cheaper options.

Staff are all professional, specially mr. Mohamed at the reception and another local guy at the breakfast ,Nice located hotel for car owner, concierge were helpful, breakfast has lots of varieties Checking in and out were smooth and done in less than 3 minutes, exceeding most of 5 stars hotel worldwide. Room service was perfect It did exceed my expectations!

Toilet sliding door lock mechanism can be improved as kids find difficulties as they got stuck Room service dial button were never answered , but receptionist did the job !

I liked how quiet the hotel and how clean it is. The bed was comfortable and th room was clean as the pictures. I'm happy that it has a parking for cars, but you might struggle if you have a big car.

I feel like they can show the place better, it feels like it is hidden to the public.
