Staff was helpful. The location is terrific, right on the beach, with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, historical sites. On site restaurant is convenient and the staff is outstanding.

Walls between rooms are essentially a lock off door, which means you hear everything next door if you have neighbors. We asked to be moved for our last night and the management was kind to switch rooms for us.

The staff was very accommodating and the place looked very attractive. The room had everything we needed and more. My son is in a wheelchair and the resort was very accessible. Furthermore, the resort assigned us a room that was perfect for our needs in terms of accessibility, which we highly appreciated. The hotel manager was on the ball and the weekly manager's cocktail reception was highly appreciated by all guests. We have already recommended the hotel to several people from our home country and hope to be back some time.

Lovely and friendly staff and the location was perfect, lots of things to do and see near to the hotel, perfect location. Beach was lovely, pools were great, the apartment was clean and ample size but the bathrooms although worked well and not real complaint but they could do with an update. If I returned I would consider staying again, had a lovely holiday thanks

The amazing sea view from our accommodation. Lovely big studio with full kitchen and big balcony with views to die for overlooking ocean. Staff really friendly and good food. Great location, walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. Big comfy bed.

Rooms were a little dated but pretty clean. Bar closed early on a night but there was other options. Nothing major will definitely stay there again.

Great location. The apartment and the overall building was quite clean. Staff were nice as well. There was a little cocktail event organized by the hotel on one of the evenings we stayed.

The apartment itself was a bit dated. The little kitchenette was quite suitable for breakfast prep but anything more than that would be difficult to do with equipment provided. Considering that we were out most of the time, wasn't really an issue..just an observation.

The location right on the beach is superb. The gardens and the pools are delightful to relax by.

The rooms are tired and need to be updated. The shower over the bath with a plastic curtain needed replacing and there were only very small cups in the kitchen..... mugs please! Beach towels were a bit ragged and often had to wait for the laundry

Everything was great, the view from the balcony was exceptional. I like the little galley kitchen in the studio room. I could have sat on the balcony looking out to sea all day. Staff were very accomodating.

The lifts were out of order so I had to haul my bags up two flights of stairs, for me not a big deal but someone else may have needed help.

The location and access to the beach are the best features to us.

Internet was extremely intermittent and week. The pillows were extremely small.

The place is serene for a quiet vacation. The rooms are spacious with cooking facilities and balconies facing the beautiful coastline. It is a walking distance to a supermarket, laundromat, food court and pubs.

No in-house laundry or recreation facilities. The restaurant equally has limited food options.

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea and water in the room especially with the impending bad weather.
