Friendly and supportive nature of the hotel staff

TV in room was not working and the explanation by staff was that it is due to monkey menace which just seems to be an excuse Restaurant was also NOT operational though it was mentioned in the service details that 24-hour Room Service No LIFT in the hotel but was NOT explicitly mentioned in their description and we had lot of problems taking stairs as we both are senior citizens with knee problems

The stuff was very kind and helpful. I was there on holi festival time, they helped me to catch tuk tuk, to get in the nearby villages. Mr. Harveer, the Hotel manager is very kind,he speaks English, on last day arranged me a taxi to the Delhi Airport.

My room was on first floor, near the restaurant, on evening time was very noisy.

Staff support and availability was 10/10. I asked to change my room and it was done promptly. It is a clean and centrally located property. Easily Accessible from major attractions in the city, eateries and restaurants are also nearby. Rooms and services are justified for the amount.

There are some rooms on property which are less ventilated as compared to others.

perfect location the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel owner Mr pradeep singh is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms etc. when i say food was great(i mean it :)) Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

Location wise the hotel is good.easily assessible from railway or bus station.staff were cooperative.Pradeep singh ji was also cooperative.overall stay was good and comfortable.thank you

I think the room was a bit expensive.

Mr. Pradeep, well behaved man i have ever seen in any hotel a totally frank person although the room was very nice and location is also much good if you will prefer food from the hotel it will much better rather than having from outside. Thankyou soo much for your service sir definitely will be again book room in your hotel.

Best stay experience in a budget , the rooms were extremely great and the staff were very friendly and had great hospitality . A try to stay in my opinion .

There's nothing I don't live

The hotel room was spacious and big and the staff was polite .

No phone in the room , bedsheet was stained not cleaned , no lift in the hotel as my room was on 2nd floor .

Staff behaviour, pradeep Singh ji guided us about how to go around visiting places in the city as it was my first time in Mathura.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and proactively helpful. Mr. Pradeep ensured that we have no issues.

It was pitch perfect!
