We had a great holiday at the Timothy Beach Resort. The room had all the facilities we required, there was plenty of hot water and it was cleaned every day with plenty of towels. We ate both lunch and breakfast at the Hotels restaurant 'The Bistro" which is managed independently. The food especially breakfast menu was excellent. The pool area was always clean and the beach was kept cleared of any debris. The room had both an AC and fan. Anything we required was dealt with quickly by the excellent reception staff. We will definitely go back.

Some areas could do with a little attention but work is going on down by the beach area. The sun loungers on the beach could be improved and replaced with something more comfortable, but there was always sufficient for the hotel residents.

Timothy Beach location is fabulous for anyone wanting to enjoy the delights of the Strip and Frigate Bay. It;'s a friendly and safe place to explore from. The hotel has its own section on the beach so you can get a lounger and umbrella or go up to the pool to relax - it also has a cute beach bar (on sight but dependent) where you get food and drinks all day and has a really nice aspect/view of the beach. Pretty gardens and lovely staff.

The decor is old fashioned and mismatched, but the room and bed are comfortable. This hotel is not for interior designers! But you can get over the look of the room it is an extremely comfortable and convenient place to stay. There can be noise from the Strip 's bars and restaurants if you are noise sensitive. We liked it :)

Loved the location, store on property for snacks and souvenirs [absolutely lovely couple who own and run the resort so friendly and can be found in the shop]. Beach and pool so clean and beautiful. The concierge was so friendly and helpful with resort details, local places to frequent and provided hours of operation for all, he also gave wonderful beach suggestions that made our excursion experiences so memorable. The restaurant serves breakfast/lunch and dinner and when I tell you the food was DELICIOUS it was DELICIOUS and we especially loved being able to get local fresh cuisine with each meal time so we could enjoy local dishes on the resort not just off [they also recommended local places right across for other meals, entertainment and music also on the beach so worth it]. The staff were all friendly and super helpful they added so much positivity to the experience. Easy to get a taxi to and from airport as well as support to book excursions and experience other parts of the island as well as Nevis. Not crowded but not dead and boring either. They also have entertainment across the road and had a beach BBQ and a pre music concert, so I'd say you shouldn't be bored. Lots to do.

Only complaint would be we got back from a night out at Nevis and we realized we had no water but to be fair it was that entire side of the island it only lasted a few hours from 9p til the next morning [unfortunately the concierge leaves at 9p] but as soon as they came in at 7a they did work quickly to restore it. We understood it was out of their control, so just have patience and give grace to them if you understand how these things work on the island. Aside from that, I'd say we were extremely happy with accommodations and our experience. Lastly, and not a huge deal for us , the queen beds were more like a twin but still really comfortable.

Loved Timothy Beach Resort. The Beach is stunning and the waters so calm. The people and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness and cleaning is constant leaving a pristine resort. cleaned rooms and fresh towels every day was a lovely touch. The gardens are stunning which is testament to people like Royston who work tirelessly keeping it groomed. Loved every minute of it and we all want to come back again next year all being well. Thank you to all at Timothy Beach.

Very minor. maybe just leaving a dustpan and brush or broom in the rooms would have be good. just so we could sweep any excess sand on the balcony etc. other than that I loved it at Timothy and would / Will come again.

Everything we needed was at the hotel the beach restaurant entertainment and taxi

I was given a price from booking.com and it was £70 cheaper than what the hotel charged me. They would not except the proof from the email that I showed them. Plus there was a band playing in the early hours of Sunday morning at the hotel that we didnt know about. Me and family had gone out for that evening came back to a convoy of cars going to the event. Cars was parked in the hotel car park and people was walking around freely anything could have happened to me and my family as there was no security to patrol the hotel that was a very big concern for me and my family.

Timothy Beach resort was wonderful. The location is PERFECT, right on the beautiful beach and on the calmer Caribbean side of the island too. The room was clean and the housekeeper came every day. The customer service is great, they can't do enough to help. The food in the restaurant downstairs is really nice. The price is an accurate and sensible reflection of what you will get. I would stay there again and would recommend also!! There are always taxi's outside to take you anywhere you need to go which are reasonable and very friendly. The pool and beach loungers are really well taken care of each day but the team. Never an issue getting a spot in either section. We also ate at the Monkey place on the Frigate Strip which was really nice! We spent an afternoon at Carambola beach club which was SO nice and would highly recommend. With great food too.

If I come again, I would pay a little more for a full balcony. This isn't the fault of the resort though! The restaurant downstairs is a bit more expensive than we thought it might be but the food IS nice. We would have liked a twin bed situation and not a double too.

Great location right on the beach. Beach chairs are provided for hotel guests. Onsite restaurant was also pretty good. Room and balcony were massive and comfortable. Ceiling fan and air con both worked as did the TV (albeit was a bit far from the bed). It's also at the top of Frigate Bay Strip so restaurants, bars, live music, beach rentals, are steps away. Taxis are always onsite as well.

Rooms are incredibly outdated. The bathroom/tub was old and tired and a bit uncomfortable to move about.

The location of breakfast was wonderful. Timothy Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the morning, especially the calm waters with the sun shining on it. The food was good, and I liked how there were options to have a traditional Kittitian breakfast, or more American-style, or English-style breakfasts. Overall, a great selection. The automatic fly swatter things were also very helpful in keeping the flies away once breakfast was served.

My sheets were visibly soiled and the room cleaning person did not change them, but just readjusted them. I had to go to the front desk to ask for the sheets to be changed. The sheets on my daughter's bed also had crumbs and a couple small stains, and those weren't changed the entire 10 days.

1. WiFi was slow 2. No little convenience store on site (to buy water, sunscreen etc). Good thing we had a car and could drive to the store which is only 5 min drive. 3. Room is a little outdated with some MINOR issues - e.g. takes a few mins to get hot water in the shower, AC broke (but was fixed the same day!).

The location was perfect we were right on the beach and it allowed us to walk to the strip to find food and drinks. There were also coffee shops and grocery stores within a 10 min walk.

The beds were hard and being a side sleeper that was not comfortable at all. And the water I think must be solar heated so was chilly in the mornings but plenty warm in the afternoon.
