I had booked this hotel for my parents who were traveling alone, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality extended by the staff. When I first called the hotel, Mr. Ajay answered the phone. He was polite and helpful, which made a good first impression. Shortly after, Ms. Vijaya Lakshmi took over the communication, and I can’t thank her enough for the care and attention she provided. She spoke very kindly and assured me not to worry, promising that she would personally take care of my parents — and she absolutely did. Throughout their stay, she was extremely courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. Her genuine concern and support gave me great peace of mind.All the staff of the Hotel were Nice ,but a special thanks to Vijaya Lakshmi for going above and beyond. In addition to the exceptional service, the hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made my parents’ stay all the more comfortable. My parents had a very comfortable and pleasant stay — thank you for your excellent service! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay with genuine hospitality ,cleanliness, and care.

Nothing stood out as a negative. The staff, room, and facilities were all excellent.

It was far away from the city and the area around was not clean . The Gym is very small and no swimming pool

Rooms were spacious. Bed was cozy. Bathroom utilities were nice. Food portions were huge.

Super spicy food. Neighbourhood was not good. Airport Cab took time to reach for pick up.

Room is quite good

I handed over a brand new Puma polo for laundry, but when I got it back, it was no longer usable. This experience has made me lose trust, and I’m now concerned that future stays may become more costly due to such issues. Also, I found a mosquito in my suite, which was quite surprising and disappointing.

I was forced to vacate my room, even though I had asked to extend it until evening due to my flight. I told them I can pay, and payment is not an issue. They answered that all the rooms were booked, and they were forced to leave the hotel. I have never experienced such irresponsible management and do not know how to handle the situation. The location is horrible, and access to the hotel is unpleasant. The serious thing is that they insist me pay immediately for the stay, even though I am holding the room key. What types of management is this? Such a horrible experience.

I won't blame the staff, but I believe they follow the manager's instructions.
