If ever you wished to experience a masterclass in customer service, this place would do it! Right from check in, with the warm and kind Gabriel attentive to his guests’ comfort during their stay (right until check out), to the simple yet impactful gesture by the Ops Manager, Natraj, who would check in with all the guests during breakfast time about whether there has been any issues with the room - which were promptly resolved if so - to Sachin’s ‘extra mile’ service during meals where he would not only ensure you’ve received your food without multiple trips to the buffet, but also remembered your custom order for the next day - this place was a gem of a find! Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful, pleasant vacation in Goa!

I actually cannot fault this hotel for anything. Had a great stay! If it were beachfront, that would be perfect, but of course you cannot control that!

Loved our stay. We got a very good room probably the huge one in this price range with a sea view. The staff were very helpful and the hotel service was too good. The breakfast spread is also one of the key highlights apart from cleanliness and hospitality. There were multiple eating, shopping and rental vehicle options just outside the hotel lane. Morjim beach is at 1.5 km distance and Ashwem beach is at 500 metres distance.

A few negative points were there like no hot water in the bathroom but you can overlook them due to hot weather of Goa.

Great location close to beach,shops and restaurants. Tucked away behind the Main Street so very peaceful. Our huge room was comfortable with a large balcony and sunset view. Bedrooms cleaned daily. Hardworking staff. The pool area was clean and inviting.

Breakfast choice not for the English palate but the manager was eager to hear our thoughts and make changes as it’s only been running for 9 months. I did however have an omelette freshly made and toast.

It’s very good property with good food and good staff who do a excellent job . We were group of 15 they made our holiday super by arranging everything for us . I appreciate mr Sanjay Singh . The rooms r huge with a very good bathroom The pool is quite good too .

The approach road is bit a issue but other wise there r no issue to have a fabulous place

Very good location. Walkable distance to the beach. The access road to the hotel is a little narrow. The staff are polite, good rooms and clean maintenance. Morjim is 1 hour (30 km) away from Panjim. It's a peaceful and remote location. If you want water sports, roam around the city, you can choose Candolim, Calangute beach.

Our one day stay at Grand Continent, Morjim, Goa was really comfortable and nice. The food and services were really good. The Pool is always clean and the view from our room was really nice.

The hotel main gate is on a slope which is difficult to drive due to steep and pot holes.

More spacious room, modern luxury furniture and staff especially reception (Vencia) and manager( Gabriel) are so professional.I appreciate their hospitality… Thanks

Muddy road at the entrance from main road. Could have made it at least gravel…

I like all service specially Reception and Restaurant staff. Breakfast is Very nice, lot of variety was available. Team serves hot food on demand View from balcony was very pleasant, sea view.
