Everything was very clean, from the room to the pool and spa, to the kids playground. The facilities were very conveninently located, the playground next to the restaurant and the pool. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, however not very varied; for our 4 day stay it was good.

The elevator did not go to the second floor (only 1st and 3rd) so for a family with young kids and a stroller that was quite inconvenient. The rooms have no balcony, which is a bit inconvenient if you want to dry clothes from the pool. For us the main setback was the food; the main restaurant serves average food, with only few choices mosty, and it’s expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful, however some employees have difficulties in speaking or understanding Romanian. All on all I don’t think the hotel offers 4* star facilities (I would rate it as 3*) , and it is overpriced.

This hotel has everything you need for confort and for good time. The spa is very nice and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant is not that good, but definitely comes handy if you arrive late and need a quick bite.

1. The huge bathroom windows with no curtains. Bathroom should be private. 2. The room is very bright during the morning, and the curtains are too thin to block the lights. For some people this might be bothering especially if you’d like to sleep late.

SPA and pool are great.Large and comfy rooms.Breakfast and Dinner were tasty.

Very poor internet in the building above the bowling,unacceptable for four star hotel. The family room should have kettle in the room. Bath robes were not given to us,while other guest had them,and it was quite cold outside going from SPA block to our room. Window curtains are almost transparent, not a hotel type.

This is a great find! A really friendly place to stay. The staff were so helpful throughout and made us feel very welcome. The pool is nice and really clean. There are plenty of sunbeds, hotel guests get priority. The food was excellent and of great value. Breakfast was extensive. The bedroom is comfortable and cleaned daily. Highly recommend it, this was a great find and we will be back!

Excellent breakfast and super room. Staff generally helpful. Conveniently situated for our our needs. Very popular, so book early if you want to go. Good fro families.

Staff were fine, but there was a bit of confusion about the "rules" for using the spa and outdoor swimming pool. It all seemed a bit complicated to make sure we got a towel and wristbands from the hotel reception, and then once in the spa the staff didn't want to let us use the outdoor pool and then come back indoors. Our friends were kept awake by noise from the bar below their room. Food was fine if you like pizza, but it wasn't really fine dining.

This is a lovely hotel. We went just out of season, so it was quite quiet. The resturant in the bowling bar area was excellent; great food and very attentive staff. The room was large, had aircon for hot days and nights and a good toilet/shower room. The cleaners were very good and the room was cleaned every day. Sheets replaced which was lovely. While we did not use the spa facilities, we were told that these were excellent too.

My only comment is that in annex (and I think in the main part of the hotel), there was no lift access. People with mobility problems need to be aware of this and ask for ground floor accommodation

The breakfast was delicios.

1.Economical Room that is on booking are situate at 3rd level.If you have a bui lagage is hard.I did not expect that a 4 star hotel do not have elevaror. 2.The hotel did not offer sauna or access to the pool with the price of the room,compare with another 4 stars hotels.

The room was big and clean but the walls are fairly thin so we could hear people in the next room a little. The facilities are great and the bar and bowling area were fantastic. Would recommend.

The staff at reception could have been more friendly.

They have a nice terrace with good food (expensive but good) and an outside playground for kids

We were there for 1of june. The outside pools were not available and the inside one was very cold.

It’s like 1 minute walk to the sea side , not even a minute to be honest. Very clean and very comfortable. The host was absolutely amazing, he was very helpful, as we are not from the country he gave as some tips what to visit and where should we eat. I would definitely come back again .
