Made to feel very welcome . Friendly staff who were eager to please and to accommodate us. Great communication. We were served by a gentleman on his first day working there. I do hope he stays as he was fantastic. Obviously struggling to learn a new system but performed with a smile and no prétention . He made our stat. Food in the restaurant was very good. Nothing to dislike

Breakfest was tasty and on the nice place. Clean house, Nice view and terasse.

- No air -conditioning available on the room. Only Verry noisy ventilator. - No refrigerator available on the room. - No possible to communicate in other than French language, in written version only in French as well. - No reception access for arrival without the proper instruction to get the room key. - No reply from reception the repeated customer questions, only such AI automatic reply. No body read the customer questions by hotel team?? No interest…

Clean, comfortable rooms. the view from the front of the hotel over the lake is gorgeous. We came off season so the restaurants in the village were not open. Gabrielle Hotel let us heat up some food from the epicerie in their kitchen which was kind.

Wonderfully located just above the Lac de Ste Croix, with the best view and a really sweet seating area. The staff was very nice, the room was good and clean. We had a really nice stay for a very good price. The village is very sweet and beautiful. Would definitely go there again!

Just the check in times were a bit unflexible, for us on a spontaneous roadtrip it was difficult to plan.

Very nice higher end room with not much space. It appears to have been recently renovated so it is top notch.

Has kettle but doesn’t come with coffee or tea.

Very good position to visit Gorges du Verdon. Our room had a wonderful view on the lake. Breakfast was not exceptional but overall good.

When we arrived, it was the day of closure and there was no one to welcome us, we had to look for keys in a locker. For such prices one would expect to at least find someone at the reception.. Then in the evening all lights were off in the hall and stairs, quite difficult to move around with the kids.

Great location, great views, lovely helpful owners. Pretty village.

Bathroom very cramped. Nowhere to get breakfast on Saturday morning in April (hotel closing day)

It was a lovely room with a view of the countryside. Hotel is in need a bit of a revamp as the entrance is worn out.

Perfect little hotel in Aiguines! For a short stay in the region, the hotel is well located with a beautiful view over the lake!
