Such a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the most comfortable rooms and environment. The staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough to help. The breakfast is incredible. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the beach but it’s hard to leave the pool which is beautiful. Wish we had stayed longer

I love everything about Kala. The people are the friendliest and the services and facilities are world class in a magical surrounding, located in one of the best spots in Punta del and Este. Its like being at home, decorated with style and class. Could not recommend it more! Thanks all at Kala for making my stay so special.

Loved everything. Beautiful clean spacious hotel. Pretty grounds and pool. Charming helpful owner, Pablo, who speaks good English, and his lovely staff. Superb breakfast with excellent homemade bread and cakes. Fabulous soft bedding. Superbly comfortable room.

Nothing to criticise.

Beatiful location and property. The reception hall is chic and spacious with several small seating areas and a small but inviting dining area. The pool area is fantastic and I really enjoyed lounging by the pool. The rooms were large and clean with large windows and lots of sunlight. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great spot.

My little mini fridge did not work and I didn't realize it until the second day and some small food items went bad.

The perfect boutique hotel. A genuine warm welcome, a beautiful property, comfortable rooms, in a perfect location. It's even better than in the pictures and all the staff are kind. You'll feel like coming home.

Peaceful, serine and relaxing. The pool and garden space was gorgeous and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. Rooms were rustic but relaxing with very comfy king sized beds.loved the free hotel bikes - we rode everywhere.

Fabulous hotel with exceptionally helpful and charming owner. An oasis of peace and calm, clean, comfortable king size beds, great pool, good bikes, and breakfast with fresh baked tarts and pastries, endless coffee, and jugs of fresh juices. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Perfect all round.

The staff were very friendly and informative. Breakfast was delicious with homemade pastries and bread, and fresh squeezed juice every day. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach as well. The pool is beautiful and they'll bring you cocktails. Everything you need has been thought of!
