The breakfast was amazing (best we had in 14 days in Uruguay) but the kitchen was otherwise disappointing. We had a lunch and a dinner there and they were nothing special - lunch was in fact pretty uninspired. Bedding was nice. The shower bathtub floor was uneven and hard to step into and hard to stand on. Otherwise, the overall vibe of the hotel is very nice. The hot pool and saunas were also nice. The location is very quiet.

The lunch and dinner were not disappointing. The room itself felt a little overpriced for what you got. The staff wasn't particularly friendly - they were OK but nothing special.

Overall, the facilities are in dire need of renovation. Even the hallways are starting to show their age, but it's inside the rooms where the condition is most concerning, particularly in the restrooms. I had to request a new room because the wind was blowing through the window due to faulty seals. I later discovered that this issue occurs in every room. The restrooms feel old and dilapidated, with many fixtures poorly repaired, often glued back in place after falling off long ago. The air conditioner was another major problem—it periodically blew out black debris, which ended up all over the floor and even on the bed linen.

I found this hotel to be very comfortable and good value for money as it was low season I took advantage the spa facilities indoor was lovely and hot … I ate both nights in the hotel too which the food was excellent The room was amazing with a Jacuzzi

Shower in spa area was broken… I did not mention to reception as I went to My room to shower As an European when you have service charge this is a tip … I circled the amount I did not add a tip the hotel still put it on the bill this was a sad ending to a lovely stay

The hotel is very charming and the service is excellent. Great air conditioning, good bathroom and bed. Good breakfast

The double bed was two single beds joined together, which I don't like. The bathroom sink counter could be bigger. It would be very important to have sockets on the bedside tables to charge your cell phone and it also really needs bedside lights.

Breakfast is wonderful, even Bread is made there, the food at the restaurant is very good. Mr Martin from the reaturant, was very kind. And the reception staff, as well as the cleaning staff, were very attentive.

The staff was fantastic! The hotel is in a very good spot. The breakfast was delicious and the bathtub in the rooms were a plus! There were bikes to rent for a good price and it was perfect for riding around the coast. The music in all areas in the hotel was perfect for you to feel like in a really relaxing and welcoming place. The pool was in a really good temperature.

The only “bad” thing was that there were very few healthy options for the breakfast, no variety of fruit. another point was that the pool closes a little early for those who want to enjoy the city and then arrive in hotel and wish to relax later.

I like a lot the pool , that in winter is very useful, with sauna, and also the level of the kitchen is very high. The cook is very good in pasta and other plates, like peruvian dishes.

Absolute outstanding hotel! Impeccable! All of it is amazing, including the facilities such as hot swimming pool, gym, lobby. Restaurant is a MUST try. Can't express enough how good this hotel is! You should stay at this place in Punta!

Hotel is attractive, well-maintained, staff are very helpful and onsite kitchen served very good food. Nice location.

The pool and facilities were great! Beautiful hotel. Their restaurant was also great, one of the best food we tried in Punta del Este!

The shower is inside the bathtub, which make a bit hard for people with injuries or elders to get in the shower.
