Wonderful staff, nice facilities, great breakfast, plenty of parking space.

Visitors without a car may find the location inconvenient.

The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond, and were patient with my lack of speaking Japanese. They have a shuttle to get you to either end of Amanohashidate, including the train station. The hotel was very clean, with great value, and I loved the free coffee and tea station in the afternoon. Laundry facilities on site were handy, too.

There's not much to say here. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Extra amenities would've been nice but not a deal breaker.

The staff were really patient and kind, explaining everything, even if it was through a translator. I didn’t use it but the laundry was free (washer and dryer, laundry detergent only 40 yen or something). Tons of parking. I didn’t use it but there were lots of unique things like borrowing board games, books, etc. there was a hotel nearby with an onsen that guests can use at a discount, I didn’t use it because the Google reviews were bad. The room had nice touches, like little notes, a clothes drying peg ring, shoe dryer, just small things that were thoughtful.

The room was small for an outside Tokyo place and the bed was a little hard. But nothing major. Overall a nice place.

We were greeted by the very polite chauffeur who conveniently picked us up at the station at a prearranged time. The size of the room was a surprise to us, we were not expecting anything of this size in Japan, and the view if your room is facing the bay is amazing! The breakfast buffet was large and varied.

The hotel is not walking distance from the beach, but it does offer a shuttle service to/from Amanohashidate station, or you can rent bikes from the hotel (for free the first 4 hours).

I just loved this hotel. Was very relaxed and easy. Hotel does look a bit like the hotel from the Shining (but in a good way).

The dryers in the laundry room need updating. Took about 3 hours to dry clothes (but they are free). Restaurant was a bit expensive.

The onsen next door and the free rental bikes (including electric bikes) were great surprises.

The unit bathroom in the room was TINY! We were okay, but lots of larger people would not have been.

The breakfast was buffet style and it was very delicious. Staff were very helpful despite the language barrier. The free shuttle bus service was imperative to my weekend as I used it to get to the main station and back to the hotel. The room was nice and the food was lovely. The staff really make the place special as they try their best to accommodate you.

Quite far out from Amanohashidate. I wish there were more times for the shuttle bus to pick us up.

Spacious room (upgraded) with good view. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious! (The beef and its local wine was so good!) They have free washing machines which is great for long trip. Love their small children’s book corner too.

None. They said they don’t have hot spring facility in the hotel but Onsen is just next door.

Room was big, with a good view of the entire area. They had a telescope and library, as well as board games. Free bike rental to explore the area. They had other activities too but i did not have time for them.

It is far 3km walk from the station. Shuttle buses are available, but not at night. Morning shuttle buses are available too all the way to 11am.

Staff were friendly. Room was large, clean, comfortable and affordable. There were a few fun little activities for the kids to do as well.

It's a little out of the way. Definitely need a car or to rely on the shuttle to the nearest station.
