The Kitchen staff was extremely kind and accommodating my dietary restrictions. The access from the hotel to a few beaches were excellent. They even gave us a bag of towels to take. The view of Sunset from the hotel roof-top was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay.

The room was much smaller than what we thought from the picture. It wasn't easy access to the hotel from the station as we didn't have a car.

The staff made the whole food situation much harder than it needed to be telling us we had to have breakfast at 7am or not at all because there wasn't enough space. That wasnt at all true. Then, they wouldn't let my sister's daughter sleep in their room which was outrageous as the rooms were huge and there was a futon in the closet...made no sense and had to book her her own room.

The room seemed a little tired. Staff made everything harder than it needed to be. Location was a little weird - not much else around. Outdoor onsen not working.

The outdoor bath in the room was amazing! Also booking.com has an 80% mark-up on this property for online users from America. I won't be using booking.com again. Ever.

The building is older so I understand but having to use the stairs for the 4th floor is a bit cumbersome.

The location are quite at relaxing. The food both breakfast and dinner was delicious.

The room size was huge, facilities were satisfactory.

There is no restaurant within 200m radius of the hotel, and the hotel's cafeteria provides very inflexible services that no meals will be offered to guests who have not acquired meals in their package.

Very spacious room with a private spa that you can enjoy sunset.

the lady in the restaurant is nice.

at first, the receptionist told us breakfast and dinner are impossible for us, without explanation ! but finally he accepted us for the breakfast. for the dinner we asked directly to the restaurant staff who accepted us… at check out, we asked for receipt, waited 30 min and they said that they cannot give receipt.
