The staff members are exceptionally kind and good natured. They are extremely helpful and will do everything within their power and scope to make your stay comfortable. They went an extra mile to cook exclusively for my two year old kid even when they had a full occupancy. The cleanliness is surprisingly a four or a five-star hotel standard. They have a bar and the decent thing is that the bar is in an altogether different location from the restaurant allowing for a fine family dining experience. The food is excellent and I was surprised with the spread and choice for the breakfast Buffet. Further, the owner of the property, who is a young dynamic individual, visits the property for a couple of hours every day to interact with the guests and to ensure that things are running smoothly. This definitely helps. It is surely worth the money and I am staying there when I go for our Lataguri Safari again, next year. And this is when I have stayed in some of the better known properties around lataguri... If you are in two minds, just go for it...

Clean well maintained property with friendly staff and decent location

A little bit of service part when comes to serve lunch or dinner, they take an hr to serve after order.

The staff was super hospitable, the entire resort was super well maintained and absolutely loved the food, each and every item we are was delicious. the resort is a MUST Visit, the staff is 1000% helpful. Definitely will visit the Reserve again and this time with a larger group.

We went to the resort during extreme cold so the rooms were freezing and unfortunately there was no heater.

Food was awesome, service was very good, staffs very good and helpful. The ambience very good. Receptionist Dinesh Prasad. Tapan the resturent boy and the house keeping boys were very responsive.

Room size was little small and no mini fridge.

The wi-fi did not work for our entire stay. it was supposed to be rectified the next day but that next day never came. In the room there were loads of unwanted open edges and hence it was very dangerous for any toddlers.

Dinesh, Neeraj, Manishankar, Sudip and all other staff were extremely friendly and helpful..... room and surroundings very clean and tranquil! Loved our stay..... the food was amazingly tasty and varied!! Will surely visit again!

The food was exquisite. The chef deserves a shoutout. Other than that, the hospitality and the beauty of the place is mesmerising.

The location is a minor inconvenience being slightly away from the Lataguri. Will not be much of an inconvenience if you have a private car.

Ambience, staff, service and food.... everything was great .... breakfast was superb.....I highly recommend this place.....and we would like to say a big thank you to the entire team "The Reserve Gorumara" for the wonderful hospitality....keep it up ! Thank you once again for everything

Very neat and clean resort, well maintaines. Staff are very cooperative and courteous.

Nothing to dislike. But can add a swiming pool in the same rate. Security in the night should be strengthened.
