Excellent location. We were really tired after a hectic journey from the hills and the check in procedure was done very smoothly and room was assigned to us promptly. I have booked the airport drop as well and despite the day being a public holiday, the team assisted me and arranged the cab - which was very much appreciated. The room and all amenities were top-notch and at par 5 star standards. I loved their breakfast buffet spread. And a special mention for the pinapple halwa - which I had for the first time, and fell in love with it. ☺️

Restaurant and house keeping services were quiet good and accommodating. Location of the Hotel is also very good and near to big malls, auto stands etc.. The front desk Sr. stuff was quiet helpful to adjust with the need of the hour.

There is no swimming pool or at least the service was not offered at the time of my visit. There is no Kids play area or junction although it was recommended for family visit. Considering the big establishment Lemon Tree is and being in Siliguri, they should be having a provision of travel desk in the Hotel. It was all phone based and difficult to judge whether they will provide the service like the Hotel.

The staff is very welcoming. Front desk has great welcoming service. They all care about your stay. Kitchen staff cares for you and your food. They go above and beyond to make the stay better. I want to thank the front desk, I would like to thank Deb and Asim in the kitchen. It is always a great stay at the lemon tree.

Excellent Staff and Food

The view outside could have been better but that's understandably not in anyone's control. The ambience was cool inside. We stayed twice (before our sikkim trek) 12-13th and 22-23rd april 24 (after the trek) at Lemon tree just coz of the ambience, friendly staff and facilities. .

Wonderful property, well kept, clean, courteous and professional staff at par with a 5 star stay. Room was clean, Buffet breakfst creatively picked and ambiance serene and refreshing.

I liked every bit of the hotel. In fact I stayed in Mariott, Siliguri thereafter but Lemon Tree naileld it. Nothing i can write in negative about tjhis property exvept that it is located in a commercial street but once inside it sure is lovely.

This was an overnight transit stay on our way to the hills. The property exceeded our expectations. They even gave us an upgrade, dont know why though. The facilities are excellent. Breakfast spread was delightful. The service was excellent, provided by an ever smiling staff!

The internet speed could have been better.

Beat place In town to relax and explore.friiendlg staff,neat and clean everything at high standard.specially front desk Mr Nehal is very friendly and cooperative.love the property.

Decor

Water was not draining in the shower enclosure due to bunch of hair that had got accumulated and was not cleared in the housekeeping checks. The drain uses a closed lid and the bunch of hair was beneath the lid and hence not visible. It needed the plumber to come and do the needful.

Breakfast was fine, a wide range of Indian cuisine and omelets on request

From about 10am to 10pm (sometimes later) we were disturbed by the sound of building works on Level 2 which we were told is non-hotel space. The desk staff were able to influence the finishing time when they received "complaints from other guests"
