Smart, clean, modern boutique style hotel perfectly located. We stayed in room 103, suited accommodation on the ground floor with good sized rooms and bathroom for 4 nights in late August. We liked the air con which worked very effectively in both rooms. The shower was good in size and provided plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. The black out curtains worked well. We appreciated the complementary waters and the tea making facilities. We liked the ample breakfasts - hot and continental options with attentive and friendly staff. The wifi signal was good. We appreciated our gift on departure. Thank you.

Our room was positioned at the side of the building with limited views and sunshine. The car park had a limited number of spaces with some tricky manoeuvring so we decided to use the parking lot further down the street at a charge. There was some noise from bars further down the street with music and TV football but it was not a significant distraction. There was a little noise as people passed our room along the corridor to and from the car park. The sun bathing area and pool were much smaller than the photos suggested and this made for some disappointment, particularly as the loungers were usually taken.

The location in Kassiopi was excellent, right in the centre. There is also car parking at the hotel which is very useful as there is very little in the town. We had a family room which was 2 rooms and a bathroom with a small balcony overlooking the breakfast terrace and the pool. The staff are kind and attentive and helped us with information and booking taxis. Breakfast was good enough and available until 11.00.There was a book exchange which was great.

The hotel could be styled a bit better I found it a bit stark and brutalist but tbh not a big deal.

The Melina Oasis did exceed expectations, from allowing us to check in a little early, to the very warm welcome with cold, iced water, to the ease of check in. The suite was large and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The bed was extra large and very comfortable with good quality white linen. The staff were all lovely, Marietta was particularly helpful and attentive. The pool was the most beautiful crystalline blue colour and so clean and clear. We were happy with everything ! and excellent club sandwiches... the hotel has a calm, mellow, chilled and peaceful atmosphere which was exactly what we were after.

Nothing at all - they have got it right.

Staff - very welcoming, attentive & friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Location - perfect! Surrounded by lots of lovely bars & restaurants. The stunning harbour is a minute walk away. Room - modern & kept spotlessly clean by the daily cleaners. Free safe & robes & slippers are also provided. Facilities - compact swimming pool with comfy sunbeds. Towels are provided too. Bar serving drinks & snacks at reasonable prices. Breakfast - wow! Vast choice of hot & cold options with different variations daily.

Excellent staff, check in and parking. Up graded to a suite with great facilities and space. Pool area and outside space well thought out On arrival the two Jo’s were amazing, friendly and professional couldn’t do enough to help on the afternoon of leaving again they went above and beyond to help with shower facilities for our late departure. Maria facilitated the overall experience with charm and great customer service Very good breakfast

There was nothing to dislike

Brilliant location right on the main street but absolutely no street noise due to good soundproofing. The bed was comfortable and there were blackout curtains to ensure a good night sleep. Air Con also worked perfectly and is included in the price. The breakfast was the best i've ever had, especially in Greece - so much choice and thought put into it. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It does feel more like a town centre hotel than resort hotel - but then it is in the town ! Nice to have a pool for a dip but it's not a lap pool or easy to just jump in as small and elevated up steps. There is a reasonable number of sunbeds but it feels closed in with walls all around there is no breeze and it gets very hot - not really a place to spend the day.

Leaving - I nearly cried when the receptionist gave me a little local gift.

The staff are great people!!! Joanna, Maria, Henri and Stefano. Wonderful ladies and the two lads that assisted too. Sorry I didn’t get their names. The hotel is on a great location not far from many beaches. It is a newly renovated property and the street of Kassiop are super clean. The restaurants around the town are great. I wouldn’t mind to visit again

The bathroom is small and cleaners are only doing the minimum cleaning. The tap heads were not cleaned all through our stay. Also the cleaning ladies just want to clean whether you are ready for them or not.

The suite we had was lovely, well appointed, kept immaculately clean and made the stay so much more relaxing. The location was perfect for easy access to the shops, harbour and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was without question a real 5 star experience.

Pool was a little small but perfect for a dip to cool off.

The hotel is modern and very well maintained. The exterior areas and planting are also well cared for on a daily basis. To put it another way, their website photo gallery is an accurate representation. All of the staff are are extremely helpful and friendly and they appear genuinely keen to make your stay enjoyable. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked ok to us. One major factor for us, was the central location.

Our only minor niggle was the Wi-Fi. The individual logins we were provided with (different one for each of our devices) appeared to expire very quickly, sometimes overnight. This was quickly remedied by the helpful reception staff with new logins. So a very small irritation to an otherwise fantastic week.
