Very good location just beside the river. The room and linen were decent and clean. The buffet breakfast had sufficient varieties. Check-in and check-out were smooth, hassle-free. All calls were answered very promptly by the housekeeping staff.

The preparation of ala carte orders were not upto the mark and needs improvement.

The room's walls have lots of seepage, even a bathroom wall needs maintenance. Rooms are dusty especially near the tv cabinet and t.c.m area. The shower diverter is so hard and not easy to open.

The Buffet breakfast spread had quite a good variety . They were fresh and tasty . The location and ambiance is very good.

if there could be some welcome drink added at the reception during the checkin. Also the checkin time shown in Booking.com and when we reach the hotel was not in sync.

For the price they are charging the rooms could have been more clean. There were hairs lying around and a lot of dust in the room. Bedding and mattress could have been cleaner as well.

The in-room facilities need significant care. The electric kettle's thermostat didn't work, the glass sliding door for the balcony was defective, there were patches that need minimum painting, the mirror in front of the wash basin needs replacement (quite aged), at least 8 hangers need to be there inside the wardrobe, there must be some decent hooks inside the bathroom for hanging wet clothes, the wiring inside the bathroom needs immediate covering and finally, strict rules need to be exercised for swimming pool as I saw plenty of people inside without proper swimming attires

Great location by the river, very good facilities. Good food and game room. A great place for a weekend getaway.

They don't deal well with booking.com. The hotel separately messaged and asked for payment in spite of providing card details while booking. When we reached, we found that they had canceled the booking because of not paying separately. They later gave us the rooms but marked us as "no show" on booking.com. All in all, a total mess.

The supplementary buffet breakfast was awesome. The place is quiet,homely and comfortable. The property is on the bank of River Ganga and the view of the riverside is really mind blowing.

The a La Carte items and in general ordering any and everything was very expensive. The prices charged don't match the quality of food. The Food was decent but not gourmet and hence the price should be adjusted accordingly

I like the breakfast , location , food quality, inside lawn and overall the behaviour of staffs. I visited two times this year with my wife and family.

The wifi network strength needs to improve and 2 complimentary one litre mineral water bottles should be provided in rooms instead of 2 500 ml bottles
