The Staff were very friendly and attentive starting from the Front Desk Mgr Ms Roma/Anjali to F & B team..Sanjib, Manoj, Vijay, the girls , Dosa master ..Madeswaran, House keeping Jr. Sardar and so on.

I noted that the property is 3 months old..naturally it warrants more surprise experiences of customers demand and rise to the occasion.

Exceptional service from everyone especially Sushmita, Restaurant Manager, Rudra from Housekeeping, Saurabh from Restaurant. The food is so good and guests are so well taken care of. When one experiences service at Taj you know what world class standards mean. Also great rooms with sea view.

Nothing to mention here. Everything was great. Visiting once more soon.

The open concept. The room decor. The overall resort is very done and gives a Thailand vibe. Staff is very polite. The restaurants serve really good food. Rooms are very big. Their temple darshan service is very good.

The salty air is rusting away the metal of the property. The location is a little far from the main town and with not much public transportation in Puri other than Toto’s, it’s a little bit inconvenient.

He took great care of my needs with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference convey my gratitude to entire team for their excellent support. Property is very big and well laid off. The sea view is fantastic. It’s just outside puri municipal limits. Just on the marine drive road. Well furnished.. all rooms have very good ventilation and comfortable .

Everything.. but special was 1. Children dance performance during high tea 2. The temple darshan programme was perfect

Great Location. Very nice staff. Property is clean and kept very well. Quality of food in restaurants is great. Specially liked the packages that they are offering for tourists viz., Lord Jagannath Darshan in Puri, visit to Chilka Lake and other tourist spots nearby. Every evening cultural programs are organised promoting local culture and art forms which is great.

During my stay, I requested the restaurant manager, Mr. Aman, to include a local delicacy—Pakhal—in the breakfast buffet. He gladly obliged, showcasing the signature warmth and hospitality that Taj is known for. A special appreciation to Ms. Laltlanmawii and Mr. Rahul for their exceptional service in making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant stay with family. Property is secluded and very clean. Staff were very friendly and polite. Food was very good and they cater to special needs for little kids. Gowtham from reception was very nice to us.

Little far from beach, but it doesn’t concern much.

The breakfast and the Staff were very nice and friendly with the guests . They also offered us some special local delicacies

The beach could be Better , the path from hotel to the beach is dirty and could have been better
