10/10 stay. Excellent facilities. Delicious Japanese breakfast offered daily. If you want to try this Japanese breakfast, I suggest booking in on the day you check-in as it can get very busy and you may find there is not enough room to accommodate you. For 1,200 yen, we enjoyed the varied options. The dining staff are very friendly. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Cleaned daily. I appreciated the bath and bath scents (you can help yourself to amenities at reception). The day and night view in our room was nice. The hotel location is excellent. So close to shopping malls, restaurants, Hamamatsu castle, riverside walk, the act building walks. Our Hamamatsu stay is a highlight of our trip to Japan. We would like to visit again and would book this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel is located just in front of Hamamatsu station, so it is easy to get around downtown or go anywhere. The rooms were huge and comfortable. A huge plus is that they have laundry, and you can wash/dry your clothes using new machines that don't need you to change from washing to drying, and leave the clothes very nice. You can check on your tv when the laundry is ready. The breakfast was very good, with many options to choose from, both Japanese and Western. The view from the breakfast room is towards Hamamatsu station, thus a nice place to have breakfast.

This is my second time at this hotel. The location is perfect for train travellers. The rooms are comfortable and full of ammenities, including a massager! The executive lounge is a lovely touch, complete with a massage chair that put me to sleep one night. The welcome drink and snacks were always welcome with a smile and a hello. And, the absolute highlight is the Unagi Don lady at breakfast! So welcoming, polite and willing to help. The breakfast is plentiful too. The Front desk people were so helpful with luggage forwarding too. If you’re going to the musical instrument museum, it’s only just up the street. Another wonderful stay, and will be on my list to come back to next trip.

Nothing….except I wish I had stayed longer!

This hotel has a perfect location for tourists exploring Hamamatsu. It is close to Hamamatsu train station, the bus station, and nearby malls. There are several stores and restaurants in the area. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is good and reasonably priced. The drink bar in the evening is a bonus, offering self-pour Asahi beer. The bed is comfortable, and the room size is larger than the typical size in Japan. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

For breakfast, everyone could only get one bowl of unagi don. While I completely understand the cost involved, it would be nice if refills were available. Other than that, there’s nothing serious to dislike.

Rooms clean, beds comfy. Amenities available at reception and other floors for you to take as needed. We always stay at the executive floor to have access to the lounge and some complimentary drinks - and a massage chair! Well worth your money. And did i talk about access? Cross the street and you are pretty much in Hamamatsu Station. Pretty much my home whenever I am in Hamamatsu 😊

Quite new hotel and therefore more comfortable and fresh than Crown Palais and even the Act City Okura. Conveniently placed just opposite of the station. There is also Happy Hour where hotel guests can enjoy a free drink. The bar is very well-stocked with various soft drinks, draft beer, white, red wine and a selection of sake. The breakfast is very good too. Staff do not all speak English, but they are very helpful. All for a very reasonable price.

Nothing.

Location - opposite train station but quiet. Easy to get to Yamaha and Suzuki. Excellent service with Public bath. Yum Japanese breakfast, the highlight being the friendly grandmotherly server who dished up the local unagi (eel) and rice. Could open window a little for fresh air.

Small thing for double bedroom - bed against wall with only a few inches at foot of bed to manoeuvre so a little tricky to get to toilet at night.

Great location, the staff went the extra mile to help and even if some couldn't speak English they had an automatic translator that help move things along. The hotel itself is cozy, the Onsen is actually a Sento I think but adds an extra touch.

It was a little dated and you can't fully close the blinds so I, as a light sleeper, had a very early morning. Also, the sound proofing helped at night, but not once the trains started.

Central location, right in front of Hamamatsu train station. Plenty of shopping and food area around. The hotel public bath is nice and relaxing after a busy day. It's worth making the experience. The wash&dry machines are super efficient, 300y for 30min wash and 100y for 30min drying. The hotel staff was very helpful, they do speak some English and thanks to Google translate they helped me book even online tickets for the football ⚽️ game in Tokyo. Arigato gozaimas! The happy hour offering cold and soft drinks, as well as beer, saké and many other alcohol drinks with some crackers is really good, daily offered between 17h00 and 20h00.

No shelfs or a wardrobe to put our cloths. Ok for staying max 4 nights.

This is the only hotel I can stay every time I visit Hamamatsu. The welcome drink, the location, the facilities and the staff were all great! Planning to book again next month!

The very first time I stayed here (9 nights) I wasn’t aware of welcome drink. I wish the communication was more clear but other than that my experience was great!
