Large hotel, great views if you are on the top floors. Reliable internet for work. Clean and tidy rooms.

My card was always having issues, I stayed for a couple of nights, and it was always horrible trying to is the card because it was deactivated (not sure if this was a software issue of someone in the staff). Not a fan of carpet floors.

The location with access to the malls and some restaurants. The facilities and environment were clean.

The bed should be checked. It was a bit too soft and uncomfortable for the back. I felt it the morning after. They could improve the menu but I guess it is a business hotel so the menu generally caters for breakfast only.

I liked the staff very welcoming, the bed and the breakfast. It was a good location to visit some of my customers located on the center part of the island.

The gym is not well equipped. It is missing a multifunctional equipment for doing other body parts. There are no gym towels or hand towels in the rooms. The air conditioning was not working a couple of days.

I like the rooms and the Breakfast.

The furniture at the pool needs renovation, all were broken, would be nice with som parasols to find some shaddow. Missing a pssibilty to make tea or coffe in the room

You can argue about the place of the hotel in the city. For me it was convenient because I was on my way to Villahermosa. Very cozy spacious room, big bed, excellent bathroom and good view. I had to go on but I would love to stay for another night.

I am a bread lover. Not the “pan tostado” or the “pan dulce” but a regular piece of bread for my eggs, ham and cheese. I missed that. But for the rest the breakfast was wonderful as well.

So helpfull as we couldn't find the entrance they cam out and met us and we followed them in

The bed is super comfortable as are the rooms. love that shower! it’s a solid business hotel. easy and efficient. We were there one night, driving across country, and they took good care of us.

The restaurant and bar, while there, are not really there. Maybe short staffed, or COVID protocols but it’s just not an inviting space. Several restaurants are in walking/driving so easy to find something else.
