The hotel is very modern, everything was clean, room is spacious enough, good size TV, shower has hot water in an instant and very good pressure, breakfast is good with quite a few options, pet friendly and the staff is kind!

The mattress really needs to be changed. We changed rooms because the first mattress was like a soft air mattress and the second room wasnt a lot better. I can imagine its a big expense but an uncomfortable bed can really ruin any trip.

Absolutely amazingly comfortable beds, also good size and soft linen and pillows. Loved the layout of the rooms, we had a double and a suite. Large area for breakfast, food and drinks with good flavor. Easy access to the parking lot. Convenient location. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful.

We went to the breakfast area with one hour before it was going to close and there was not enough food for even 1 person and we were 7, I asked the serving staff how long it would take to have the food ready and they said they wouldn't prepare more. But then they did at different times and replenish everything at the end. I really don't understand why they had such bad communication with the kitchen and us, and they didn't even apologize about it. If I didn't stay waiting, I would have missed it.

The breakfast buffet was very good. I think we were the only English speakers in the hotel but the staff were super patient and helpful. Although we did not get a chance to use the pool, it was inviting and a plus.

Location, but we knew it was a bit isolated at the end of the beach. If you have a vehicle then this isn't a problem, otherwise it is a long walk to get to places to eat. Also beach access is not nearby.

I appreciated the quality of the accomodation. It was very clean, kind and accomodating staff, good breakfast and coffee options (capuccino by request + extra fee), HVAC worked well, elevators a luxury, secure rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, great views from rooms, adjacent to beach access, adjacent to a few businesses but still close to town center

Pet Friendly, clean, hurricane season so the grounds were flooded. We loved the beach here 7 years ago so many sand dollars. Shallow beach. Nice pool comfy beds. We traveled a bit out of our way because of the previous great service.

Efficient staff, good room with everything working. We had a room with gulf view and could see the ocean from our bed. There's a pool and good parking facilities in front.

The location was easy to find. If you don’t have a vehicle there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance

Buffe, The buffe was amazing, there were many options. National and international food was at the buffe

Nice clean 7 minutes away from the Malecon and all restaurants and bars hotel bed nice every thing was good and good breakfast

My room was very clean. The mattress was amazing and I actually slept a dull night! The complementary shampoo was also excellent. I enjoyed the soup (chicken) and the complementary breakfast (especially the tamales when they were hot).

The price of beer was over the top & one of the weight staff was not particularly great at his job. Not much to say negative about the place.
