Very clean. Allowed us to bring our 2 Yorkies. Very nice breakfast. Good location for us as we were only there one night on our move to Queretaro.

No complaints with Holiday Inn Express. Not sure if it was Booking. Com or Holiday Inn Express but I was confirmed for having our 2 small Yorkies at an additional pet charge but when we checked in Holiday Inn Express personnel were unaware/surprised that we had the 2 dogs and had to change our room. Even though we requested a main or 1st floor room they originally gave us a 5th floor room. Also, they downgraded from the King room to a smoking room with 2 double beds but the charge stayed the same as the king non-smoking.

Good bed, air conditioning and location

The most important problem is with towels in the room. I don't understand why they take them out every day and you need to wait for a replacement in the afternoon. on the third day, they took the towels while I was having breakfast and I got them in the afternoon, after calling them twice since I had to take a shower. Also, since breakfast is free, it's always a mess.. not enough and little options. Even find a clean plate or table is hard in most of the cases. Skipped breakfast 3 times over 6.

Overall the hotel has great conditions and it was built to be of a medium high caliber. Quality of the rooms and cleanliness was outstanding.

Tv could allow netflix or other streaming service

We had a nice one night stay as we were passing through Cuidad del Carmen. Beds are comfy and everything was clean. There was a nice pool too. Breakfast was basic but we like that it was included. The property is also pet friendly which was good for us.

Took us a while to check in and there was no toiletries in our room.

It was clean and comfortable. Also a good location. Also had fruit trees out side.

COVID-19 rules. Too much rules, it’s been 2.5 years, move on. Other hotels in Mexico are moved on.

Hotel accepts pets. Great location. Rooms are very clean

AC is little bit noisy and has strange smell. We turned it off and could sleep peacefully

The hotel is in a great location opposite some bars and restaurants. The room was newly decorated and clean.

We were there late at night so just stsyed close by for the restarant however,there was planty to choose from there. In the morning when we headed out on the road we were surprised to see how nice the city was. The coastline was absolutely beautiful ,one of the nicest views if the water I have seen for a city.
