Very beautiful villa. Owner is awesome bloke, very helpful and informative. Hot water and comfy bed. Would definitely recommend.

Hard to locate the entrance - google maps dot is next door. Look for the sign on the gate. Need a scooter or tuk tuk to get to town.

Villa is surrounded by biutuful nature. It's basically inside of the jungle with a gougeus view on the lake. Super chillout place to be and relax. Beds and all seats ( esspessially outside) are super comfortable, all amenities are very high class. It's really luxousiuous expirience that includes even smart speakers with Alexa:)

A complete and utter gem! The owner Roshitha has designed and created these breathtaking, idillic condos over looking Hikkaduwa lake. Upon arrival we parked our hired tuk tuk in the grounds safe secure car park and taken down through the jungle via a gorgeously designed angled wooden bath, handed ice cold coconuts and shown to our condo. The accommodation was very clean, modern, the king size bed was of European 5 start hotel standard very hard to get out in the morning as was so comfortable (which is very hard to find in Sri Lanka) the shower was hot and the pressure very strong (again very hard to find in Sri lanka.) The condo had great Wi-Fi, Alexa, Sonos speaker, air conditioning and all 5 star mod cons/ extras. Superbly tranquil location, stunning views, surround by un touched nature. Close to the town where you can find so fabulous restaurants, but far enough out to hear nothing but the wild life and truly relax. The building design is of impeccable standard, sunrises whilst sipping your morning coffee in bed gazing across the lake, shaded comfortable day loungers upon the balcony to hide out from the mid day sun. We feel that the nightly price is extremely reasonable for the of quality stay, we shall most certainly be back, for a lot longer next time. Many thanks The Riley’s London, UK.

The Villa was very spacious, I had gotten a great deal on booking.com. I think I paid less somewhere like $90 at the time. That was really good value for money for the place. I want to repeat that the place was very spacious and also clean. The staff was also very helpful and you get sort out a lake view from the villa as well.

The only issue was that location it is in is not that great in terms like, if you are a couple you can't walk outside and the city is a bit far away. So if you are going to Hikka, you definitely need a ride back and you will not be able to walk back or anything like that.

It was a pleasure to be a guest of this place. The owner took care of me as a guest and provided excellent service, including delivery of food from the grocery store. Very clean room and bathroom. Good chiller and very green outside. The room with bathroom has a lot of natural light and windows. Very cozy place. Thank you Roshitha.

Absolutely everything! Roshitha and his family have created a wonderful venue that is integrated with the local ecosystem with a focua on engagement with the wildlife and a detox. The colour of the buildings has been picked from the trees in the area. The facilities are superb. Sonos speakers, extra large beds, high quality bedding and good showers. They have even designed their own reclining chairs to ensure we had the bed experience.

This is a paradise on Earth! From the moment the property gates opened, you are in the most beautiful scenery of green plants and trees. Just a short stroll and you are at the 2 properties. I was very lucky as given an upgrade to the top floor overlooking the tree tops towards the lake. It was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette, fully equipped if I needed to cook or store food in the fridge or freezer. There was a TV but who needs it, hey? The WiFi helped though to keep in touch with family and friends. The bathroom was large and again with everything you can possibly need. I watched the wilderness from the window as I brushed my teeth. But THE BEST view was certainly from the balcony at sunset and again at sunrise where I recorded the beautiful sounds of nature. The owner was very kind and thoughtful, unfortunately I could not stay more than just one night this time but I wil be back for sure. If you want a peaceful, relaxing and a tranquil stay, this is your place. Even as I laid on my bed in the morning, I looked through the glass door at the views. Just what I needed after a busy tour. Thank you so much for this gem of properties.

Leaving to fly home

This small hotel consists of 6 spacious rooms with large balcony - 1 room per floor. It’s new, clean with modern design and furniture, has everything for comfortable stay and for cooking by yourself. Location is very quiet, you can enjoy the observation of wild life (squirrels, bats, huge lizards) from your balcony.

Wifi was very slow and besides the mobile internet also didn’t work in this area. So keep this in mind if you need to work. This place quite is far away from the cafes and the beach - 10 minutes by car or tuktuk. But that’s a fair compensation for the quietness. The villa is located on the side of the lake and surrounded by swamp. After rains there is evaporation from this swamp.

This is the true meaning of paradise! Do not hesitate to book this accommodation. The view took my breath away and it will be hard to beat this as an experience! The host was amazing wonderful man who cared deeply for the hotel and his guests experience. He arranged onward travel for us with a charming guide. 5* amazing

The villa is great! The host is a wonderful person who helps you all day. The view, the area, the atmosphere relaxed you and make you feel excited. The room is stylish and very large. You have a wonderful terrace. Everything is clean. Hope to visit that place again.
