To sum up our stay, the staff accommodated us exceptionally well, even though we checked in after 11 PM. We truly appreciated that Ms. Sasini, the manager, stayed to welcome us with a warm smile and assisted us with all our room requests. As well as, the staff who served our breakfast, she even greet us for our Anniversary. (i forgot to take her name) We also want to thank Umindu, who patiently gave us a room tour to help us choose the best room based on our preferences. This experience made us very happy and left a lasting impression. It clearly reflects the kindness, hospitality, and helpful nature of the Sri Lankan people — going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Breakfast was great! We were full and satisfied thanks to the wide variety of options available. We chose the International breakfast since we were concerned the Sri Lankan food might be too spicy for our taste. That said, we do believe the Sri Lankan breakfast is likely excellent for those who enjoy that cuisine! The location is fantastic, right in front of the beach — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The facade of the hotel could definitely be improved. It’s clear from the outside that the building facing the ocean needs a fresh coat of paint, as it looks a bit worn out and dirty maybe because of the sea salt that make it look like molds.. However, the interior is well-maintained and clean, which was a pleasant contrast.

Modernised wood trims in premium suite. Beachfront balcony. Fridge, quiet air con and easily adjustable, tea and coffee making, iron and board, tv, lots of bottles of water. Smiling staff. Fresh fruit at breakfast, omelette corner, and good Sri Lankan coffee at breakfast. Not far from bus station, Sudhas Eatery, Red Lobster restaurant and many others. Turtle beach close by. Use Google translation to sigahlese if you need to communicate with most staff members. Managers speak well, they learned to school. Housekeeping very good.v I stayed 11 nights and toured from thete.

Club like music at b'fast. Music choice needs to be appropriate. Food not kept hot, but I asked for microwave reheat, which was ok by one of the staff members.

A wonderful stay – I recommend it! The room was beautiful and very clean, and the bathroom was also modern and well-maintained. The food at the hotel was excellent – there's something for everyone. The surrounding area really impressed me – gorgeous beaches, stunning sunsets, and incredible underwater life: we encountered sharks, crabs, colorful fish, and turtles! Good stay for the expenditure. Staff support and food were very good

Maintenance is a bit in the low side. How ever they were on a renevation during the period of our visit. Hope there will be a good face lift to the building. Room conditions were fairly good. All the said amenities were there. You must bring round pin adaptors for device charging purposes which is one negative point noted in rooms.

This is the best place if you want a walkable beach by the hotel as its just outside. The view from the room was amazing we could see the beach also the entire room setup was all blue very beachy. The food was amazing the seafood spread along with a variety of drinks , the market is just outside so you can do all your shopping as well, the beach just being right outside is a big plus so we could just walk out and step onto the beach, where the water was so clear and one could snorkel there. The ambience of the hotel was also good and everything was perfect.

the lift maintenance was happening hence we had to climb up 2 floors but the staff was very helpful with our luggage both the times.

Great modern room, very comfortable and clean. I was enjoying my stay in the hotel. Best location in the centre of Hikkaduwa, just at the beach which is good for swimming. Service was very good.

Very minor comment - that the tea bags and coffee were not provided daily for the room.

this property has a great location right on hikkaduwa beach. has a nice swimming pool area and the rooms are bright big and have everything you need. great views of the beach and pool area easy access to the alcohol shop and local shops and food places. can get a tuk tuk easily to anywhere you want to go. close walking distance to the nightlife if you want to stay out and have a party

nothing to dislike. the property is undergoing some work so lift wasn’t working. but that was about the only issue. great place to stay great view good staff

The best location on the Hikkaduwa beach. Staff is very kind , but the Englisg language knowledge should be improved.Other everything was super.

Location on the beach is excellent and close to shops and restaurants. Rooms have been renovated recently and new decor is fresh clean and very pleasing and comfortable but I feel it was a bit pricey in comparison to other places I have stayed.

Pool area needs more work and view from room was interrupted by ugly roof top. Further staff training required at front desk to handle all queries

The beach facing premium suite room was amazing. I would definitely suggest this room for anyone going here. The place is next to coral reef diving and snorkeling. You get the best view of the room here. Its a great value for money. Lot of great restaurants nearby.

The property is fantastic, would suggest to anyone going for a holiday. its pocket friendly too.
