Everything was perfect the location is superb since it's accessible for everything. The room, the facilities everything is superb and so is the staff. We were very well looked after by the hotel staff, they were very friendly and hospitable. It's amazing place except for their restaurant it's very dull and the staff is not hospitable at all.

One thing disappointed us, which is that the restaurant staff was not friendly at all, Suranga was the person who totally destroyed our pleasant experience, It seems like they don't want to see Sri Lankans in the restaurant, it's very pathetic to see this kind of incident in this industry and it's ridiculous to see that they don't serve locals properly, we didn't come there as beggars we also came to spend money. It's totally disappointing.

Perfect location. A perfect super market, ATMs, a money exchange place, nail studio, decent enough spas, restaurants are all just seconds away. Chef at their Refresh restaurant is fantastic!! There is also a young tall and fair steward who excel all others in the restaurant!!! Their grilled fish is finger-licking good !!! Will go again !!! Highly recommend!

Large room with very large balcony. Very good bathroom with bathtub. View of countryside and train line. Although close to train line we did not find it disturbed our sleep. Very nice pool and area to relax on roof with good views. WiFi mostly okay. TV had some English news channels and some other English channels. They let us into the room early when we arrived. Generally room etc very clean however you had to request cleaning during your stay. Enjoyed our stay and the feeling of space.

Nothing regarding the hotel itself but the taxi they arranged to the airport had the worst driver we have ever encountered.

We spent their only a night but we had pleasant stay. The plus point is clean hotel perticulery our room was well cleaned and arranged. Only the thing is we did not like they charged an extra 10% on final room price on arrival, even though they have not mentioned on boooking.com. Overally a good place to stay in Hikkaduwa.

The price on booking.com not the last price of the hotel. They charged extra 10% on total. Even though we had not a big issue, There was a train track near by the hotel. Therefore, you will here loud noise every hour or half an hour due to the train by pass. We booked a room which is mention as Dulex Room on booking but there was not a hairdryer so it would be better if you can add a hair dryer at least for dulex room type.

The room was spacious. Has a tub. Rooms are quite new and were well cleaned. The staff was very helpful. They even showed us the room even before check-in. There was no disturbance from the staff. Hotel has a rooftop with a pool, an awesome place to hangout. Has enough space for parking.

Hotel is just next to the railway track, so at times you hear the train sounds. You have to cross the main road and walk a bit to the beach. However, the beach nearby was not suitable to swim. But a nice view. Hotel's restaurant is not attached to the hotel, you have to cross the road and walk about 100-150m to that.

We took 3-rooms apartment, and price is quite good if we share between 3 families for example. There is huge hall in apartments with kitchen and all needed stuff. Personnel is very friendly, laundry is fine.

This hotel is located near railways, and it is very noisy when train is passing through. Also, furniture is not new and you can hear a lot of sounds. AC sometimes is not working good.

Exceeds expectations to be frank! Reception staff was very friendly, efficent services...Room was extermely spacious, sumptous, decent balcony with many favourable facilities that makes it a very convenient place to stay in...Kudos to the staff & management for that!! Everything was top notch except for the fact that sea-sick people may not get to have the best views of the sea as the property is located on the side opposite to the sea...Rooftop gives you a fascinating view of the sea inbetween two splendid hotels :) All in all I would unquestionably say that it was one of the pre-eminent hotels I've visited and I'm exuberantly waiting to visit this property once again...

Pool is very nice, also have beautiful viewing, Pool area very calm and quiet .

No have early Breakfast 🍳, it's starting 8.30a.m, I recommend have to start breakfast 🍳 around 7 a.m.

It was an excellent experience. I was bit hesitant when I made the booking but certainly think again to visit especially restaurant and access to other services in the area brilliant. Keep up the good work.

Value for money and friendly service and food choices.

I had a pleasant stay with my family. Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. All of rooms are large and beds were very good. There is a functioning kitchen thus we were able to cook some food. There were 2 large bathtubs which are very rare in Sri Lanka.
