The apartment does not include breakfast nor has a kitchen, but no problem if you know before. You will find all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, shops and laundry) within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and they will help you whatever question you may have. The view from the room is superb. Best recommendation if you are advanced surfer and like to do a spot check from your sleeping place - the wave is literally a stone throw away from the place. 🤗

Well, it was a little bit annoying to have construction noise all the time during my stay, but construction will be finished soon so no problem for any guests in the future. Also the water was off for a while nearly every day. One gets used to it but sometimes it was just not the right time for the water-stop.

An amazing place with an equally amazing host who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, overlooking the main break point. Everything was great! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great environment, good people, great view from higher floors, food accessible. Stayed here a couple weeks total and stayed in 3 separate rooms. Each was good in their own way. I recommend.Good price. Easy to work with the owners. Just be laid back.

Honestly what a great place to stay especially as a surfer, prime prime location. Looks straight out onto the surf break, really handy for beating the crowd, really nice AC and bathrooms and the owners were lovely also. Dont give this place a miss

Great location directly on beach located at premium Hikka surf break the 'Point' Hosts are fantastically hospitable, making the experience extra special. I planned 1 week and stayed for six weeks.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Great location at the beutiful beach, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We stayed in two different rooms as we extended our stay, and they were clean and cool with the airconditioning.

Fantastic location, right in front of Main Point. Probably the perfect location if you're a surfer in Sri Lanka. I think we had the best view in Hikkaduwa. Bambinis restaurant downstairs is a really good option for food too. Hopefully I can make it back one day 🙏 Thank you 😊

amazing view over the main Hikkaduwa Surf Peak! gorgeous room with huge bed and sliding windows for good ventilation! really friendly staff and good service. if you‘re a surfer who wants to check the best waves in hikkaduwa right from his window, this is the place go stay!

Close to the beach, friendly staff, games in the restaurant, air condition, quiet at night

No breakfast before 11 (however there are many breakfast places nearby), a lot of black hair on the floor in my room when I arrived. I had to pay before checkout.
