Located in Old Delhi, the hotel offers a good breakfast with English omelette, bread with jam, and chai. The room is clean with bottled water, and the staff is helpful, providing new towels every day. The location is perfect, just 5 to 20 minutes from popular attractions like India Gate, Lodhi Garden, Lotus Temple, and Connaught Place

The surrounding area was quite crowded and noisy in the morning. Unfortunately, the transfer and tour service provided by the third-party company, Indian Express Tourism, was a bad choice. They arranged our airport pickup to their hotel, and it turned out to be a scam.

People say you get what you pay for and that was somewhat true in this case. I paid hardly anything for my five night stay. The building was pretty old and some 'luxury' items did not work. However, the staff were wonderful - helpful and friendly - and the room was comfortable (I rarely spend time in a hotel room when I am exploring a new city so I really just need a comfortable bed). The neighbourhood was not great but I never felt threatened or anything like that. It was just sort of a typical neighbourhood in Delhi. It was near enough to shopping and restaurants so that was nice.

The water kettle did not work and I did find roaches in my room. Those were minor details though and, overall, it was definitely worth the price I paid.

We stayed here 2 times, at the begging at the end of our trip. On our first stay we had warm water, it took some time for it to go out though, but on our second stay we had a lot of hot water, so for us it was ok. also, bed is comfy. The first time we came by uber and it was very easily reachable and tuktucks are available at the end of the street which is like tops 2 mins walk. On the second time we took the train to arrive, the station is only like a 6 min walk, crazy! On our way to the airport after the check out, we took the metro which is next to the train station, but on the other wise so it takes a little bit more, but still it is crazy how close it is, so location is amazing. Also, for those using Airindia, there is a check in desk at the metro, incredibly fast and great service.

The first time we stayed our room was on the 1st floor and on the second stay on the 2nd. There is a huuge difference on the noise. While on the 1st floor you can hear EVERYTHING from the reception, the second floor is very quite. Some of the staff are nice and helpful and some others are a bit less, they even seem a bit annoyed, so I guess is up to luck!

stayed at this hotel for a nights and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this place definitely delivers. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. There was a small desk, a wardrobe, and even a kettle with tea/coffee supplies, which was a nice touch. The bathroom with good water pressure in the shower and hot water available at all times. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were happy to answer any questions or give directions around the area. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job.

The rooms were ok despite no windows The KING ROOMS were no where as large as advertised but were perfectly adequate and very reasonable cost with the Booking.com discount

The so called hot water even after running for 5 minutes never got above tepid I ordered an airport pick up offered at Rs799. In the event a battered old minibus appeared along with an extra passenger I refused this, and quickly got an Uber alternative at 450Rs. In their defence the hotel accepted my refusal to pay or use the supplied vehicle without any bother. Staff actually were friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and spotless, with tasteful decore.The bed sheets were crisp and the pillows were plush, making for a perfect night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast options to the beautifully maintained dinings. The location is also fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance. we had an absolutely amazing time. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. A special thank you to the hotel staff.
