We had a suite with private pool. The room was so big and had doors to seperate our room from the living space where our 14 year old slept on a very comfortable sofa bed. The pool was heated and had a lovely area with sun beds and sofa outside.

We were half board and were advised we had to pay for pur drinks, which is fine. However, I do not think making customers pay for water at meals is acceptable. In restaurants out of the hotel in corfu old town, bottled water is complementary with your meal as they advised it only costs them 50 cent a bottle! The hotel is quite far from most things, so good if you are after peace and quiet or have a car.

The most friendly staff we have ever found in a hotel. Super clean and lovely decor. Extremely comfortable. The food was fantastic and the cakes were delicious! Cannot fault the holiday. Would definitely revisit. The location is beautiful and secluded, so wouldn’t recommend if you are intending to party every night.

The bay doesn’t have a beach, but there is a free hotel shuttle to a very lovely beach about 5 minutes away.

Lovely villa, spacious, cool decor, very comfortable bed, lovely hot tub. Appreciated the funicular railway to reach the villa! Very friendly, cheerful staff at all levels. Very good choice of breakfast and dinner foods.

Buffet style meals, but appreciate that it could only be that way with so many guests and the food was very good.

It was an amazing stay, the rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was tasty and included a vide selection of different food for everyone, and the staff was wonderful — helpful and kind 😊 the receptionist helped us to book a lot of trips (taxi, tours) and explained how to navigate a bus routes (even printed out a schedule for us!). Another thing about trips, hotel also offers different tours with optimal prices that really eased the way of getting to know the best tourist spots and beautiful destinations on Corfu, like the ferry trip on picturesque islands of Paxos and Antipaxos. We took that trip and weren’t disappointed 🌊 Overall, the awesome people at this hotel made our stay here extremely pleasant and enjoyable ☺️

One of the issues was the long distance to the beach, as it is a 15-minutes walk from the hotel. But if you rent a car or a motorcycle you can go to nearby cities with beaches like Dassia and Ypsos.

This is a beautiful resort. Is in a really gorgeous situ but if you want to get out and about then a car is great - these can be rented at the resort. All of the staff are wonderful. Really friendly and very helpful. Check in was super quick and though we arrived early we were able to go straight to our room. Nikos arranged a welcome drink and then took care of getting us and our bags to our room. He’s a lovely man. and really anything we needed was no trouble at all. He was always on hand. Dimitris really is the kindest most wonderful restaurant manager. He really did go above and beyond and his hospitality skills are evident in the way he interacts with guests. He is a true professional and is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to food and wine. Dimitris made us feel so special, organising a wonderful meal on our last night, with absolutely delicious food and wine and ensuring we had everything we could possibly want. Really outstanding. I particularly love that this resort is a la cart, not buffet (except at breakfast) and if you’re half board you can decide on the day if you want lunch or dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast has so much choice ands you can have fresh omelettes made to order. The villa was stunning. Very spacious with a lovely pool. Plenty of water in your room every day and all pool towels replenished daily. Everywhere in the hotel is so clean and you can smell it everywhere you go. The ladies that cleaned and replenished our villa were brilliant and so friendly, they do a fantastic job. One other thing I like is how nice the cocktails are. Really well made and taste how they should. Very skilled barman. We will definitely return.

Facilities are amazing, breakfast is very complete and staff were very welcoming and kind. Rooms are also very spacious and comfy, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel and would recommend it if we were back in Corfu. Everything is super clean, from the gym / pool to the hall / rooms. Hotel’s poolside restaurant is superb, we had dinner there and food and overall service was absolutely amazing.

During peak August season, the hotel is extremely packed which makes the breakfast quite an unpleasant experience, e.g. there were more than 10 minute queues for a coffee, there was also a queue to find a table in the room, etc. It is simply not a 5 star hotel breakfast experience. Pool closes at 7 pm, quite absurd time for a hotel in summer. We almost didn’t used it as we spent the full day outside visiting the island and when we came back the pool was already closed despite being daylight. Ants in the room.

My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The breakfasts were very good and the dinners were excellent – everything was fresh, tasty, and carefully prepared. The staff at the reception and during dinner were very friendly and helpful, which created a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you goes to the gentleman who helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. We saw each other every day, and he was always very polite, kind, and asked if everything was okay. His friendliness and professionalism truly stood out – thanks to him, I felt really well taken care of. The room was clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. The pool was also very pleasant – there were always enough sun loungers available, so it was easy to relax. I am very satisfied with my stay and would happily return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

The pool, the convenient location, the comfortable bed and the kind staff members

The pool service was lacking. Servers should have tried the food and drinks they are selling so they have an idea about them. They were very kind and I’m sure would love this education and knowledge. In addition, the rooster wake-up calls at pre-dawn hours was a bummer. And finally, the beach directly across the road is not a sunbathing and swimming beach, more of a fishing and boat mooring area. It is beautiful with a view to the monastery on the water, but just not what I expected. For this, I should have done my research as it is not marketed as a beach hotel. With a rooster dinner and a little education for the pool servers, 5 stars all the way…

The hotel was wonderful. It was quiet and calm even though the hotel was almost fully booked. The pool was fantastic with enough beds and parasols for everyone. The staff in the hotel and around the pool were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with so much variety. Both hotel restaurants served amazing food for lunch and dinner. Our bungalow was fantastic with plenty of room, it was so comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus.

The climb up to the bungalow was tough in the heat. There is a funicular that goes to the rooms but it is very slow to return to ground floor. But this is just a small thing and should not put anyone off staying here.

Breakfast was amazing. Employees were helpful and friendly.
