We have wonderful holiday

1 I booked Deluxe bungalow first floor, but we got family bungalow with shared pool. Nobody explained for me why that happened, and only next day , after requesting the room was changed. It’s not really the same room type It’s good for families, but not for couples. 2. Every day something was absent in our room so we had to call to reception It’s not a big matter , but at this level of hotel the service have to be perfect

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Incredible and vast property, 4 restaurants, a swim-in movie theatre that’s out of a movie itself, luxury shuttles to town, a spa with a stream room, sauna and cold water pool, and all the little things done right. Live music every night, random treats at the pool, and attention to detail at every step.

The one thing I’d recommend is to eat in Corfu town, or towards the west part of the island, as the food in the hotel isn’t exceptional. It’s not bad, just not worth staying in for. The bees are also terrible but that’s everywhere in Corfu.

1. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of dishes. Great omelets on demand (I think a woman called Christine). 2. Lots of quiet spots to sit by the beach or pools. 3. Nice restaurants. Liked the fish one. 4. Nice water gym lessons! Also water sports! 5. Great gym room. I'm sorry we went there only once because we weren't aware of it.

1. They could improve the coffee in the dinning room. We didn't like the cappuccino and slow service. Also they give only one Nespresso capsule per person, per day, in the room? 2. We had a bad drainage smell in our room. Problem was solved.

As a guest struggling on occasions to secure a restaurant booking of preference was a bit frustrating.Some of the food also needs improvement .

We had a wonderful stay at Corfu Imperial! One of the best parts was the kids club – it was completely free of charge, which is so rare, and our children had an amazing time with all the fun activities planned each day. The family cinema was such a highlight for us as well – we only wish it was offered daily because it was such a lovely experience together. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family. Most importantly, the staff were incredible – always kind, attentive, and willing to help with a smile. Overall, a truly memorable family holiday and we would definitely love to return!

We loved the beach area - it felt secluded, very green and clean! Spent there most of the time. Also the hotel territory was great - plenty space to walk & the location is unique. Really good food - everywhere. Our fav ones were the seafood restaurant due to location & the Asian one due to really great service. The rooms was spacious, bright and high-end, super comfy bed. Relatively good service at the beach - help you seating sunbeds up, finding spot, clean etc. the orders were delayed but never forgotten.

One thing to improve - make silent zone sign in multiple places and clear. People don’t notice it & create lots of noise. Some people really need it quite to fully disconnect or to read, so it would be nice to have this opportunity at least in one of the beaches.

Hotel is beautiful, a pot of places where to stay and relax, food at Trattoria for lunch was great. Awesome breakfast (can confirm the other reviews on this). Rooms nice and spatious, everything great.

The Sushi/Latin fusion restaurant was an absolute disaster, the makis' were not well formed and we're falling apart when touching the Soya sauce. Quite amatourial for being a restaurant in such a hotel. Also the SPA is non existent, there are 2 Finnish saunas that heat up to 70 deg C a bit disappointing (compared to high end hotels in other areas in Europe)

First of all, we did not expect the hotel to cover such a large area, which provided privacy from the rest of the island. The entrance to the complex is through a guarded road, which already gives a sense of security. The place itself is beautiful, from the main entrance to the hotel you are exposed to the beauty of the garden next door and an amazing view of the bay. The hotel has its own stunning private beach, with the option of water sports as well. The view from the rooms is stunning, the rooms themselves are very comfortable and super clean. The breakfast is so large and varied that everyone will find something they like. The staff is kind and happy to help, from the room attendants to the people at the reception. Leonidas, the assistant manager, was especially kind and took care of our needs during our stay. In short, we had an amazing vacation. I recommend that anyone who comes for a limited number of days just stay at the hotel and take advantage of the facilities. Enjoy.

Food was very expensive. I know the hotel already addressed this point by saying it’s in line with prices with other 5 star resorts but the quality of the food was not 5 stars worthy. Breakfast was great but dinner was average at best and service by the pool side was very slow.

The property is beautifully located and has wonderful restaurants. Given other locations hotel is very pricey but the staff were exceptional. We stayed in a Villa looking over the bay and it was beautiful.

Room service for 5 star and house keeping was average, we regularly did not get basic replaced everyday and had keep phoning to get coffee and milk. The toilette we not checked and replaced and linen had stains. So this can do with closer attention.
