We have wonderful holiday

1 I booked Deluxe bungalow first floor, but we got family bungalow with shared pool. Nobody explained for me why that happened, and only next day , after requesting the room was changed. It’s not really the same room type It’s good for families, but not for couples. 2. Every day something was absent in our room so we had to call to reception It’s not a big matter , but at this level of hotel the service have to be perfect

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Incredible and vast property, 4 restaurants, a swim-in movie theatre that’s out of a movie itself, luxury shuttles to town, a spa with a stream room, sauna and cold water pool, and all the little things done right. Live music every night, random treats at the pool, and attention to detail at every step.

The one thing I’d recommend is to eat in Corfu town, or towards the west part of the island, as the food in the hotel isn’t exceptional. It’s not bad, just not worth staying in for. The bees are also terrible but that’s everywhere in Corfu.

As a guest struggling on occasions to secure a restaurant booking of preference was a bit frustrating.Some of the food also needs improvement .

The property is beautifully located and has wonderful restaurants. Given other locations hotel is very pricey but the staff were exceptional. We stayed in a Villa looking over the bay and it was beautiful.

Room service for 5 star and house keeping was average, we regularly did not get basic replaced everyday and had keep phoning to get coffee and milk. The toilette we not checked and replaced and linen had stains. So this can do with closer attention.

The hotel is beautful. It has several pools, sunbeds are luxurious, beaches are clean and nice, restaurant(seafood) is great, staff is extremely polite and willing to help. Breakfast is delicous. If you are staying in Boscheta, which is family suites you will have semi-private pool which is really nice for relaxing, The Corfu old town is 15 minutes drive, and hotel has its private shutlee bus.

The staff at the beach and the pool should be more frequent because I had to wave for 5 minutes for waiter. Wi-fi needs huge improvement. If you are staying in family rooms, be aware that building is separate from hotel and some guest can find it dissapointing because it is 200m walk to the main building(although you can order bagee but need to wait for few minutes). Tratoria(italian restaurant) should increase quality of food. Wine selection is huge disappointment, and the atmospher at the hotel after 19h is boring.

The location is stunning almost a private peninsula with several beaches with 2 pools and 2 beaches , 1 of them for adults . The staff is professional , nice , kind , welcoming , accommodating and always ready to solve any issue that could arise . The room was very confortable with a great balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea They have 4 restaurants managed by a very charming young man Orestis Tzaferis and his awesome team , which includes a young knowledgeable sommelier always ready to advise you about how to pair your dishes with great Greek wines .Remarkable restaurants are Yali , Marlin’s and Trattoria , all different with high quality proposals .Definitely a place to stay in Corfu

I recently stayed at corfu imperial hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the complimentary coffee and tea. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or accommodating special requests. Overall, Corfu imperial hotel exceeded my expectatians in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I can't wait to return on my next visit!

I didn’t like that we had to reserve our sun beds early in the morning, otherwise there won’t be enough ! And the wifi was very weak everywhere !

The best review I can give this resort is to say that we are already looking to book our stay next year (and that was before we even left). I did a lot of research before booking of other resorts in the area, and we are so glad we chose this one. Superb in every way… we actually felt like we had a holiday with our 22 month old. Playing on the beach or in the pool, kids club or gardens. A truly incredible place that doesn’t feel like a resort at all as it’s classy and well designed so adults feel they are also getting a break. The mini gown and slippers, and baby shower products in the room were adorable. The hotel staff were all so accommodating. If you book, download the app and make restaurant bookings in advance in high season. Free shuttle to old town was amazing (even with a high seat).

My only complaint is about food available at kids club (mostly unhealthy - white bread basic sandwiches, sugary yoghurts) and the time that lunch started for kids in the main restaurant (12:30… many little ones eat much earlier and nap by 12:30)

One word to describe this trip - "blissful". Everything was perfect about this hotel and the staff were great - I honestly can't fault anything! From the hostess on the door at breakfast, to the Maître d' (Chrysa) who we had great conversation and laughs with, to the staff on the reception and concierge desk, to the cleaners, to Chris at Watersports, to Nick and team on the beach staff.. honestly - everyone was AMAZING! Parakalo everyone! My husband Rohan organised an anniversary treat for me and the concierge team helped him organise it all. We ended up doing a boat ride with Chris at the watersports team and it was one of the best moments of my life. There are plenty of food options on site and also in the sister hotel next door and the food is ON POINT! The free shuttle bus to town is very handy and helps to save money, and there's plenty of facilities including an outdoor cinema screen, spa, plenty of swimming pools (so it never feels overcrowded) and lots of seating areas indoors and outdoors across the hotel if you want to read a book or just sit and watch the action. Please go... you won't regret it!
