The service of the hotel is wonderful. This hotel provides very good facilities. The behavior of the hotel staff is also wonderful.The staff handles you very well at the hotel reception. The dinner inside the hotel was also very delicious. The hotel also provides you with lift facility.Whenever a guest needs anything, the hotel staff solves the problem very quickly; in any case, the guest does not face any problem. Rooms were clean and higenic as shown in pics... Facilities also as per the standards mentioned by the hotel. Hotel staff and owner Mr Rajeev all were so co-operative that we hadn't found and difficulty in anything.. Location is so prominent that it's just 5-10 min away from railway station, market, Bird Sanctuary and all historical monuments.

Nice room. Did the basics right. Great customer service from the management and team. They contacted me in advance and picked me up from the railway station. Helped with local tourist activities and dropped me back at the rail way station. The kitchen provide a great meal too. Excellent value for money.

Nice and comfortable for a couple of nights , clean and staff were extremely hospitable , would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to visit bharatpur that they stay here

I did not dislike anything would be better if they had dining room which i think thry will do soon
