This is one of our favourite stopovers on autumn return from Spain to U.K. The location is spot on for us. The studio accommodation is excellent. On this occasion we stayed in Chocolat, on the 2nd floor. It wasn't quite as good as studios where we have stayed on the lower floor. Would, however, definitely stay again. There was a really lovely receptionist on our arrival.

This is the first time cleanliness has been an issue! The salad container in our fridge was dirty and the rest of the fridge did not appear to have been cleaned.

A perfect hotel getaway from the city — peaceful and serene. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the spa, and the facial treatment. Our room had such a calming atmosphere, it made the whole stay feel truly relaxing

It would be nice to have a little more options for breakfast .

The rooms were huge. Comfy massive bread Good kitchen facilities Everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was delivered on time and sufficient for our needs. We didn't use any of the facilities available, but were allowed to see them and they were spotless. Good location, next to auto via A1

The shower on the morning of departure didn't get hot, although it had been great the night before.

There is someone at reception as stated in the booking, ie at prescribed times. The room was spotless. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Bedroom is large with a big comfy bed. The shower is a walk-in one with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was delivered as promised and was very satisfying.

There is very little parking close to the property.

We stayed at Artesa en route from Southern Spain to Santander. It was conveniently located just off the motorway in a small, pleasant village with a couple of bakery shops and bars/restaurants. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and although we didn't use the spa facilities, they looked very good. The suite was extremely clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our overnight stay. We would have no hesitation in returning when doing the same journey again. Parking was easy in the nearby square or on the streets closeby.

There was nothing to dislike.

Nice apartment and spa facilities. Really enjoyed our included in the price one hour private usage! Nice breakfast!

It's a bit remote from Madrid, not so many places to eat around.

3rd stay as Artesaa Apartments provides us with a great overnight stay on our drive from Costa del Sol to UK. Close to motorway access but in quiet little village. The apartment was lovely and warm, attractively decorated and comfortable. Another good stay.
