Really warm welcome by the staff, friendly, helpful and accommodating approach! 5* customer service! Beautiful and welcoming lobby. We enjoyed the mountain view and the Spanish sunshine flooding the room. The bed was huge! Parking on-site, nice village to walk around.

Although the room was tidy and prepared for guests, we kept finding black hair in cupboards, drawers and floor. As both my mum and I are blonde, these were definitely not ours. I would agree with some of the other reviews regarding the need for the rooms to be renovated. It was nice enough, but not amazing. I would like to point out the quality of the customer service again - great staff, and thank you!

The location was so cool. We thought it would be closer to Segovia but the drive to get there was thrilling. What a beautiful part of Spain.

Arriving from Madrid is a dream! The bus stop is directly across the street from the hotel. Alameda del Villa is such a special spot. Just a five minute walk from the hotel you cross the river into fields and mountain paths where horse roam free. It is magical. The hotel goes out of their way to accommodate your every need. A+++++

Just about everything: friendly service, good breakfast, really comfortable room, cleanliness. Also very close attention to Covid19 health precautions. Great views, wonderful walks right from the hotel front door.

The room’s door was not that great at preventing outside noise, but not a big problem as there were quite well behaved guests when we stayed.

They need to update booking. Com on there hours and times. Very seasonal and really nothing going on there at that time of the year

The town is really lovely and the room at the hotel was large and a very comfortable and very large bed.

The Room was clean. But there where watermarks in the entrance to the room so a coat of paint or a retouch would have been good. Not the hotels fault but at 1:40 in the morning a car parked in the parking had the music on very loud and woke us up. No air-conditioning and a hot night so we had to have the window open and unfortunately heard the noise.

Quite an authentic and beautiful place to stay. Great bathroom, very good bed, perfect location for hiking (just 10-15 minutes by car to all the best trails), very quiet and secluded.

It was a little bit difficult to communicate since the person on the reception hardly spoke any English - but we managed everything needed anyway.
