Great location really close to the aqueduct. I stayed in a double room (number 21) and there was lots of space, a balcony, and everything was very clean. The facilities are minimal (no reception room, no coffee machine, had to call someone to meet me at reception, and for checkout you just leave the room card in a box) BUT if you don't mind that (I didn't) then it is a great place to stay, as it is very central without being surrounded by tourists.

I had to call to arrange for someone to let me in (which was fine) but they gave me fixed hours to do it. I am not sure how easy it would have been to arrange to access the accommodation outside those hours.

Beautiful small room close to the Roman aqueduct. Clean and good equipped, quietly in an pedestrian zone. Good price value relation and exactly reflecting the fotos. Maybe in summer hot because under a pitch of roof, but in the spring time just wonderful.

Everything was fine..... only the check in process you have to do some meters away in an small shop. It was no problem to leave the luggage there for a few hours at the check out day, but when collecting the luggage we had to wait a little bit because the shop was not attended for a moment (missed the bus to the railway station from the Roman aqueduct therefore, so be prepared).

I didn't order any extras, but I can say location is excellent, state of room was also very nice. All you need for a quick stop for night.

The window in my room were "inside the building" - you looked out the window into walls a meter away - what was not much of a problem for me, but should I be with my girlfriend - she would be unhappy - that should be stated in room description, as photos of the room must have been made on a very sunny day - on the day I was there (not that sunny) the room was pretty dark.

Very comfortable and in a great location! It was quiet at night and felt very safe. Very clean too. I could see the aqueduct from my window.

Parking was very expensive (20 euros for one day) but that is the standard for the city.

This was my second stay here. First visit around 4 years ago was excellent. This time the place was in need of some maintenance. Wardrobe doors, shower doors and window blinds not operating well. I would have liked a kettle and cup for making tea/coffee.

The location was very close to the aqueduct and the rooms were pretty quiet considering the location. The decor of the rooms was really cute and simple. Very spacious room for 2 people.

The staff could have been better in responding to our text messages in the 24 hours leading up to our arrival. Also the shower was a bit slippery. No elevator.

It was inconvenient that we could check-in when it was convenient for us, not until 3pm, so we had to store our luggage at the bus station, they should at least have an area were we could store our luggage until we are able to check in.

The location by the aqueduct is great. Soap and shampoo were provided, along with towels. Check in was simple.

There is no elevator. You can hear all sounds from the hallway and the rooms next door (it is not sound proof at all). Reception has limited hours.

The lodging is close to the old town of Segovia and amid a variety of restaurants to suit all budgets. The staff were helpful and I was attended promptly. A visitor had written that he could see the aqueduct from his room. I could too.

Help to get the showers to run hot would have helped as Segovia was very cold during my stay. Parking is problematic in many Spanish cities, though the lodging sent a clear message where to park and offered a discount on the day price.

Location is perfect ... 2 mins walking distance to Segovia aquaduct!

If you travel light, it would not be a problem. We stayed on 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Other than that, whislch was not anbig deal, our stay was very pleasant
