Aralso is located close to bus terminal and downtown. The hosts were so kind and sincere to help the customers. The room was perfect for me. The room size was good, furnished with everything that I needed. The room was so quiet. I love this hotel, I strongly recommend to all those who wish to stay in Segovia.

Andres, Maria and staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, communication excellent, assisted us to the car parking (200 mtrs from hotel), met us onsite, spent time telling and sharing points of interest, restaurants and bars. Thank you so much. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed. View of aqueduct from room. Kitchen has stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge. Bed comfortable and good size. Shower hot , good pressure a little small. Has wifi a little slow at times. Has a lift, good heating. Easy walk to all the stunning points of interest. Would definitely stay again

I was accommodated in room 23 (2nd floor, with elevator), overlooking the aqueduct. The apartment is very bright, clean (if you asked, the room was cleaned daily), with a kitchen equipped with everything needed for breakfast. Tea and coffe from the house. There is a heater in the bathroom. The villa has a reception where you can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in time. The host was very kind and helpful: she gave us information about the sights, a map of the historic center, recomandations for restaurants, some tips&tricks. We didn't miss anything. We felt at home. Everything was perfect.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful with information on what to do and see. The Apartment was centrally located within walking distance of Historic Center as well as all the other attractions. There were plenty of restaurant choices within the area as well as grocery stores. The bus station was 5 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and cleanliness was exceptional!

Quite centrally located, short walk to restaurants and aqueduct, yet very quiet for a good night’s sleep. Extremely helpful and forthcoming staff, great explanations on walking routes for best sightseeing and viewpoints. Was very helpful for me as I had only half a day for sightseeing. Bicycle could be parked safely inside in a locked room. Check out only at 12h, which allows sightseeing in the morning.

Price for one person rather upscale but it was an event weekend with scarce accommodation, so I was happy to get this place.

Lovely apartment, 5 mins walk from the acueducto. Parking available - the owner comes with you to park the car as Segovia is a bit of a maze, but once there it’s easy to park, secure, easy to access and only a 2 min walk to the apartment. Great info about the town - we did the 2 hour walk around the city walls and along the river, which Andres showed us (which we would never have found without his advice). Andres/Maria arranged an appointment with an osteopath for my wife, as she’d hurt her back. Overall, a nice apartment in a good location, with easy parking, made into an exceptional stay by the hosts.

Very clean with a well-stocked kitchenette. Large spacious room. Great location within easy walking distance of all the sites. Great secure parking just up the street from the hotel. Andrea's was amazing and told us so many fantastic things about Segovia. He planned our walking routes and suggested places to visit on our way to Santander. Also gave us advice on the best places to eat. Thank you Andreas.

Only one little thing. We found the beds comfortable but a bit hard for our taste.

The owner/manager, Andres, was fantastically helpful and personable: he spent more than half an hour with us on check in, giving us huge amounts of information on a portable map and personally taking me and our car to a parking garage where we could leave the car for our stay. One of the best hosts we've ever encountered. This was the first hotel we had stayed in during our six weeks in Europe and it was surprisingly comfortable and very well equipped. Excellent bed. Excellent location for seeing all the major sites.

For this stay, we can't imagine something better.

Centrally located in Segovia just a few minutes walk from the aqueduct. The room was clean, comfortable and nice hot shower. The staff was very helpful . On our first day, a staff member showed us all the sites and recommended restaurants in the area on a map. My husband lost his wallet on the second day and the staff member was so kind and helpful. He called to police station. We were extremely lucky that someone had found the wallet .

Truly a wonderful experience, and one of the best stays we've had anywhere. The rooms were large, great natural light, super clean and fully equipped in the kitchen. The location made accessing everything in Segovia so easy, a few minutes walk from the aqueduct. And the hosts were incredible! Andres gave us so many spot-on recommendations, our trip was infinitely improved and every one of them turned out to be great! They also handled parking which was a big relief. Seriously, this is a no-brainer for us. We will be back!
