Very spacious room, well decorated and very clean. Helpful staff. We were able to park our car and take the bus straight into town, which only took 5 minutes and cost just over 1E. Very good restaurant (not cheap) but also a good bar that served tapas and breakfast.

Our room was close to the main road and over the weekend there was a lot of noise from local traffic/by passers. Not the hotel!

The staff was friendly. Clean and cozy room. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Big supermarkets are nearby Aldi and Lidl. Bus stop to the city centre of Segovia is around 300m, costs 1 euro per person one way.

car parking was good, nice large area. good balcony, nice suntrap. I liked that they leave the choice of re using your towels or leaving them to br washed.

I thought breakfast was included, as I derected to where it was served and what time, no mention that it was extra. soI was surprised when they asked me to pay at the end. if I had know I would have made alternative arrangements. as maybe for a meat eater, it was ok, I was left with bread and jam without marg. I did request vegan marg and dond alternative milk would have been good too. could of also have fine with an extra 40cm space at the end of the bed. it was quite tight.

Most rooms have a view down into Segovia, including the Roman aqueduct and the cathedral (shame about the nearby concrete silo, but hey, who's complaining.) Food interesting. Staff very professional. They cater for coach parties and functions, and have a catering school. Aiming at gastronomic market. The food in the cafeteria can be quite simple, but it's good. Extensive wine list.

Room was big and clean, there is a big FREE parking in front of the hotel. There was a problem with the locker of the room window, but has been fixed just for 15 minutes. Coffe in the restaurant is fantactic...

The cafeteria was the only one in the area and was overcrouded and noisy.

I SAW AN AMAZING RESTAURANT IN THE PREMISES THAT WAS ACTUALLY VIBRANT, I DID NOT ATTEND THOUGH I GOT AN AMAZING DEAL AS FAR AS PRICE GOES WITH GOOD BUS ACCESS TO THE AQUEDUCT.

NOT MUCH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT REALLY THERE WAS A RECEPTIONIST THAT WAS RUDE, THE YOUNGEST ONE AND THAT IS VERY TYPICAL IN SPAIN WITH YOUNG PEOPLE

The staff (especially at reception )service, food in the restaurant, location , comfort So easy to get in/out of town by bus for just over €1. Free , secure parking.

There is parking. It is a nice place, but you can hear your neighbors when they watch TV at night. Otherwise it is really nice.

Parking was great - very practical to get in and out of the city. Basic bedroom, clean and comfortable. There was a communion when we arrived, but it ended before bedtime.

Nice hotel just outside main town. About 4 min drive and then hope for parking space. Restaurant downstairs. I just had basic breakfast. Wifi ok. Room good. Lifts which are great. Parking in front of hotel. Busy during day but clears at night. Buses into town . I had car so drove in. Aquaduct is worth the trip.
