- Two of the three bathrooms don't have doors. But since there are three bathrooms, everything else is a matter of agreement and organization ;). - It's not clear from the map that the path to the city center leads through the initial 200 steps. But a little recreation doesn't hurt...

Very comfortable, clean, bright, very modern and well equipped apartment in a clean and very well located house. The fantastic view of the Alcazar of Segovia from the garden of the house, both in daylight and at night (it is illuminated!). Private parking in the garage of the house (chargeable but worth it, our car was safe and cold! It was 35°C outside and although available, only sunny free parking). Very easy to get to (right at the entrance in Segovia on CL-607, coming from the A6 on the local roads - very beautiful scenery through Meseta), practical and modern access (we received all the access codes for the house and apartment by email in advance). Very friendly and helpful house management and staff. The house is close to the bus stop (line 9) which takes you quickly and conveniently to the aqueduct from where you can visit the old town or take bus 11 to Segovia Guiomar train station. Madrid is 30 minutes away (fast trains every 30 minutes, Salamanca and Avila about 1 hour by train - you have to take the early direct trains, between 8 and 9 in the morning, and return in the late afternoon). By car you can reach Castillo de Coca in 45 minutes. The way back from the aqueduct by bus is also convenient (last bus shortly before half past ten pm). You can also reach the Alcazar on foot in 30 minutes, directly from the house via the footpath.

everything was excellent, nothing bad

Very roomy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, seating and dining area and separate bedroom. Very quiet with comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our three night visit to Segovia. Out of the more congested tourist center of the city, The Alcazar and aqueduct are a healthy walk, or brief bus ride away. Extremely good restaurant very close by.

We liked the location but if you were just visiting Segovia for one night you might be happier staying more centrally.

The city was very accessible by bus number 9, or along a pedestrian road to what feels like a secret passage under the city walls. The apartment was spacious, and provided coffee pods and milk! It is also at the centre of many walking routes along the river in the parks. Although there is no full-time reception, and I did check in late, a delightful young woman (whose name, alas, I don’t remember) did come to see that everything was alright.

There is nothing that I did not like.

A beautiful, quiet location outside the city walls, just a minutes from the tomb of St. John of the Cross and the church of the true Cross, as well as a wonderful local seafood restaurant. My host was gracious and incredibly helpful in setting up my taxis and handling special requests.

Very nice location, just next to the backside of the castle. clean room, spacious, strong WIFI. parking is very convenient. Host is very responsive, she gave us very nice recommendations about local restaurant and places to visit.

Beautiful location! Had all the amenities in the kitchen for coffee or tea. Extra linens, pillows and towels which is not common in Spain. It was very clean and spacious. I will definitely return in the future.

Good apartment a 20 minute walk from the old town. Beautiful little stream path outside the apartment.

Small things like a food pantry or coat rack would have been nice. Also you have to watch your head somewhat with the large wooden beams in the bathrooms upstairs. And there is only a french balcony as a patio.

The staff is amazing, and helped me navigate Segovia, and went so far as to help arrange transportation. I don’t speak Spanish, so this was so helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. If you are coming to Segovia to see San Juan de la Cruz, you will not find a better place that this!!!

its such a beautiful place in such a beautiful spot right next to the alcazar. Beautiful views. Very big and spacious for a little group of people and the rooms were gorgeous. Extremely recommended.
