The room was small but very comfortable and cozy. Bathroom was small but worked perfectly for our needs. There is a friendly small restaurant within the hotel that has the most delicious coffee and tostada. The location was perfect walking distance to everything you wanted to see. Very close to Plaza Mayor. The staff were friendly and smiling, not much English spoken but we had enough Spanish to assist us. Parking is away from the hotel but a very nice man took the car and parked it for us and brought it back to us on the morning we left. We truly can't wait to go back, it is a spectacular town and so much to see.

Loved the older man who checked us in, the great location, the character of the historic building, and having a balcony and wooden beams in the ceiling. The style was dated but the room was spotless. Good price-value ratio. Would stay again. Thank you!

The pink walls add a 1970's vibe. Nothing wrong with the 1970's, but the building was built about 1860. Plain white walls would make the atmosphere feel much more authentic and possibly would increase travelers/improve reviews.

Very noisy at night. The hotel is located at the night entertainment area ana unfortunately my room was not well noise insolated. If you don’t care about it the place is very good honestly

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good hot shower. Great tapas bar downstairs,fantastic location, good value.

Very dark room, difficult to put make up on due to the poor lighting. Worse thing was the noise from the bars in the street which went on both nights we were there until 4am.

This hotel is across from the historical San Miguel Church in the center of Segovia's Old Town. You feel you're in a European hotel and all the charm it has. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was done daily. All of this for 55E's per night. The bathroom was large and clean. The bedroom had quaint wooden shutters that surpass blackout curtains in every way. If you want the charm of Segovia, this place is spot on.

All the attention of the staff/owner was for the restaurant business, almost no attention to accommodation. The noise from the restaurant/bar does not blend well with the accommodation.

Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Historic buildings and restaurants were close by. The proprietor and the staff were PERFECT! Friendly and serviced every request with a smile.

When we had to leave to continue with our travel plans. Very sad to leave.

Great location right off Royal Plaza. My room had a balcony overlooking the street. The restaurant downstairs is popular with the locals too. It was a great value for the money.
