Tv control extremely annoying, not the original for the set, so very limited functionality. Staff lovely and helpful with the exception of the lady on reception that booked us in. Typing when we arrived, didn't look up, no apology, no welcome, made us wait until she had finished. Then very abrupt, officious, no personality and made us feel like we had interrupted her day. Needs a lesson or two in hospitality

Visited 9 years ago and pleased to return again. Location is ideal for a walk into the city - follow the viaduct! Thought the breakfast was good and varied. Saw the young lady working hard and had it under control. Reception were efficient and helpful. Tasteful conversion from a monastery to a hotel - kept its historical settings.

Uncomfortable bed - far too hard. Slept badly. Need proper pillows. Bathroom stand is far too small. Posy instead of practical - not enough space to lay out 2 x washbags. Recommend using the spare space alongside - mounting a shelf or suchlike. The bar area was busy during the late afternoon with a coachload of people - mostly wanting coffee or soft drinks. Yet there was only one barman - who was flustered (not impressed how he ignored us and served others). Hotel should provide another member of staff, on a temporary cover basis, to help out when the bar is busy.

Great location out of the hustle and bustle of the historic centre but a lovely walk in. Helpful kind staff. Super clean and very comfortable.

The breakfast was a little limited for a four star hotel. It would have been nice to see more variety of fresh fruit. Also, some more healthy cereal options such as muesli. The building is a beautiful historic monastery, but I found the breakfast room very dark - it would be nice to let in some more light through the skylight in the restaurant roof which would then brighten up the breakfast room.

Beautiful old monastery within 15 minutes walking distance of the town and restaurants, with the walk being along side the Roman aqueduct. Lovely outside bar area within the old walls. Our en suite bedroom was very comfortable with robes and slippers

The evening restaurant staff could have been more attentive. The outside area was not used to its full potential as it was for drinks and snacks only. It would have been a perfect place for breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful hotel with bags of character. The courtyard was fabulous. Very comfortable rooms. Ample parking. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bar staff could have smiled now and again. Now our next comment may be a little contentious. We drank in the bar both evenings before eating. We did not get offered any crisps or nuts at all with our drinks, but it was very obvious that Spanish patrons were supplied same immediately their drinks were served. We are Spanish residents and speak sufficient Spanish to be polite and understood. Very odd to say the least.

Excellent location, just follow the aqueduct to the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, good choice of snacks from the bar if not wishing to use the restaurant. Good breakfast selection (two coach loads of guests made breakfast busy). Parking 1 is behind a security barrier outside but under a canopy at 12 Euro/ night, parking 2 is outside and possibly free.

Oh My Goddness! It is one of the most beautiful hotel we slept in. You can touch the history here. Very nice room. Clean, cozy and comfy. Big bathroom with all the cosmetics you need. Good variety of products for breakfast. Very good restaurant with vegan option. Two outside private parking onsite and garage. Perfect location! Huge recommendation!!! For sure, I will give 11 but the rating scale is only to 10 🥰

For a visit to Segovia on our motorcycles (our 3rd), this hotel is in a brilliant location for the city. Our motorcycles were secure in the underground car park, sadly unlike all other places we stayed at in Spain, this hotel charged for parking our bikes !! Breakfast was very good.

Location is very good being at the start of the aquaducto and watching it grows incredibly in size and stature. Hotel looks like prison but is an old monastery. Love my room at upper level with formidable old ceiling beams

Hotel San Antonio el Real is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent as it is next to the amazing aqueduct and is only a little walk to the centre. The food at the hotel is really delicious.
