Really good position near the square. Good spacious room and bathroom (with bath!) Old style hotel- great room cleaning, everything fresh daily.

We wanted to see the spa before booking it but were fobbed off - twice. Staff too busy, or it was in use. Consequently we didn’t bother to book a spa. Breakfast ok, but one morning there was a very rude waiter. He asked my room number about 6 times despite me showing him my name on the list. Then dictated where we were to sit and then stood behind us with his arms folded- very off putting!

The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The staff were so welcoming and very pleasant; they answered every question and need we had. Speaking both Spanish and English, we were greeted warmly throughout the day which we loved. The location was absolutely central which added to the ambience of our stay…also with the most amazing coffee/cake shop a couple of doors up towards the plaza! We also ate like kings in the recommended restaurants; ‘El Sitio’ and ‘Jose Maria.’ We loved the tranquility of our room which was spacious, including a nice big bathroom, good water pressure in the shower and had a great view of the Spanish pan-tiled rooves with mountains in the background…we loved it! The spa was a surprise…a relaxing, clean and historic addition to our stay at Hotel Mudejar with robes offered in our bedroom which was cleaned impeccibly! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody wanting the beautiful, medieval experience that Segovia has to offer. Not only were we greeted by Valet service making it easier to not worry about parking our car, but the gentleman also escorted us out through the charming streets.

This is a brilliantly located quaint hotel. Not modern but very comfortable and with really excellent staff. Our room had no real view but with the hotel being only 15 paces from the Plaza Mayor that did not matter.. Given its proximity to the main streets it was very quiet and sleeping was no problem. There is a restaurant that we did not try but the facility is there.if you want it. We used their valet parking service which was excellent. The room was spacious clean and comfortable with lift access to the upper floors. Given its location it was very good value for money.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Well located for the centre: Cathedral, S Martín, Plaza Mayor. Good breakfast. Interesting building (though our room did not have any Mudéjar features). Comfortable beds, with a good range of bedding. And a bath, as well as a shower. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant, which was good value and in a lovely old room.

Noise from the street late on Friday and Saturday nights; but the next 3 nights were fine. The air con was a bit noisy, and had to be controlled by Reception; so we didn't use it after the first night.

The location is about 100 yards from Plaza Mayor and ideal for shopping, sights, eating and drinking. Superbly clean with a large room, nicely appointed. The staff were all excellent, multi-lingual and extremely helpful. The Spa facility was excellent and reasonably priced. Parking is a fair walk away but you can park on Plaza Mayor ( in front of Santander Bank) to load and unload. There is a good discount and the car park was safe and clean.

Great location right on the Main Street. Still very quiet rooms, no noise from the outdoors. Lots of restaurants and the cathedral is so close by. We loved the friendly staff and the soft music. We enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel: Shakespearean meets Ancient Rome . Breakfast was really nice, lots of hot and cold options. Rooms were clean and well equipped :)

We unfortunately did not have a chance to use the spa but perhaps anouther time! Heard it was amazing

This location is perfect! Central and only about 100’ from the beautiful cathedral! Our room was excellent with a window to let in the air. The bathroom was large and clean. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Stay at least two nights to experience the narrow winding streets, delicious food, and historical places. It was amazing!

It’s a beautiful hotel that is reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film, clean meticulous, and beautiful in every way. The staff are extremely kind, the spa was in a cave, clean, and relaxing. They also have a great restaurant in the hotel.

The rooms were neat, well taken care of, and had a wonderful view of the street below through balconies.

The room was bigger than I expected, staff were super friendly, and the ancient Roman bath/spa was very unique. The restaurant was amazing too. The bathroom were impeccably clean. Amazing value for the price, especially given the location!

The spa’s warm pool could have been warmer. I was expecting a hot soak, it was lukewarm at best

It is an old building, expect to hear your neighbors (the people in the room over us came in the room late and woke us up just by walking around and dropping things on the floor)... We could also hear the people on the neighbor room...
