The staff were very helpful and friendly. The size of our triple room was more than adequate and we had a nice view looking over the swimming pool. Pool was a great size where you could swim proper lengths. It's on the cooler side (temperature wise) but once you're in and swimming you get use to it. A great way to finish the day off from sightseeing. The whole pool area and pool itself is kept very clean. A decent selection of food on offer at dinner. We ate in the hotel one evening and it was good. If you don't want to drive into Segovia it's easy to get the bus. Bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel and it takes 10 minutes max.

Very convenient location specially if you have a car. Parking was free. There is a bus that takes you to the main city that costs only 1.25 Euros a person and take 6-7 minutes. Once there - everything is walking distance.

A bit older and thus needs some TLC. We did have breakfast there - not good.

The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom felt quite luxurious and was very spacious with double hand basins. There was a small fridge with mineral water and soft drinks (at a charge). Timetable for the bus to Segovia centre is in reception and the last one back is after 11pm so you can enjoy Segovia (which is wonderful), until.quite late.

We liked everything generally but we did not try the breakfast which at 10 euros seemed very expensive We also decided for this same reason, not to risk dining in the restaurant, although it would have been a good idea to see an example of the menu in the reception area which might have tempted us!. The bus stop is approximately in front of a Lidl and opposite an Aldi. It is little further than iI imagined at nearly 500 metres but the buses are frequent if you miss one.

- It was calm, but i think with full hotel season, it becomes like a factory, big hotel. - It miss a kettle, cups, tea, coffee machine and free water to be a real 4 stars

Large swimming pool and pool area. Good-size room and bathroom. Great team at the pool, in the bar and restaurant and on the front desk. Away from the bustle of the centre but just a short bus ride to get there (30 min walk). Supermarkets close by.

Pool area doesn't open until 12.00! I thought you would be able to sit in the lawn area until the pool opened but there is also no access until midday. The tiny TV! I don't need a giant TV in a hotel room but this one was very small.

Location was wonderful along with a bus stop near by. Room was great. Staff were most helpful. Parking facilities were good.

Restaurant was limited but adequate. The whole hotel is a little "tired" and needs a refurbishment.

The rooms is big and has all the amenities needed. Staff was nice and helpfull. There are plenty of parking spaces in the hotel and they even gave us a crib for our 6 month old baby.

Perhaps improvement could be made in the beds as the mattress wasnt the most comfortable. It was just ok.

The receptionist, she was so cheerful. Nieve was charming and spoke very good English The pool was brilliant and Jorge, the lifeguard, spoke good English too.

The barman was a bit gruff to begin with but improved! The waitress was brilliant, she rode a motorbike so we had that in common.

The service, simple informative information on display and foreign language skills spoken.

The hotel don’t have ironing facilities.

Quite depreciated hotel :( There were some sportsmen groups running through the floors. It appeared there is no sound proof at all
