Location is great if you are driving a car. It is on a central road with easy access to the hotel. There is car parking at the hotel, which is great to have. It is an easy stroll from the hotel to the old part of Segovia and all of the main tourist attractions - literally 10 minutes walk to the aqueduct. Staff are great.

We were there in late spring and the daily temperatures were in the high 20's. Our room caught all of the afternoon sun, and even with the drapes closed, it got baking hot. However the air conditioning for the entire hotel was turned off. This made the room insufferably hot, and extremely difficult to sleep in at night. This situation really must be resolved for guest comfort.

I had a group of 11 bikers with 11 touring motorcycles. Underground parking was provided and we managed to fit into 3 adjacent parking spaces which was very good. We ate in their restaurant on the ground floor, good rather than exceptional. Great location as the spectacular viaduct is less than 10 minutes walk, with bars and cafes on the side walks. Recommended and we would use it again.

Secure underground parking for motorcycle- 7 euros. Lift direct into hotel from it . Large room, clean & comfortable. City centre less than 10 minutes away. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel 12.50 euros each instead we walked to a local coffee shop had 2 coffee each & croissants for 11euros

My adult son and I choose this hotel for its parking (our rental car) and for its proximity to Old Town. Our twin room was very spacious and quiet. It was clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and it was about a 4 block walk into Old Town. We even managed to walk UP the hill to visit the Alcazar from this hotel and it took about 20 minutes. Very convenient. We would stay here again.

The people at reception were incredibly helpful. One suggested restaurants for me and helped organise a taxi for a short tour for me - she was so friendly and supportive. Her colleague helped book a restaurant for me in another city. There was a lovely Venezuelan woman in the cafe who was also super friendly and kind.

The shower floor was very slippery.

Our room was very spacious on the high floor, a bit old fashined but in a a very good condition. We had partial view to the Cathedral from the balkony but it was blocked to go out (: Towels and linen were extra good and white. The room and bathroom were very clean. Location is just in a few steps from historic places. If you are lucky you can use a free parking nearby.

The door to the balcony was blocked that we could not even have some fresh air in the room. Soundproof is very low, from 8am we could not sleep due to the noise of the lift every second minute.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a short walk from the historical centre of Segovia. It has an underground car park which was easy enough to get into and out of although the spaces were a bit tight and the lights tend to go off too soon, leaving you in darkness. The room was comfortable with a good bed. Breakfast was up to standard.

We had a room by the lift and the sound-proofing was insufficient so we had some noise from the lift and from other residents.

Very nice and polite people at the reception. Room clean and warm. Everything's all right. The detail that caught my attention was a shoe cleaning sponge and a small hair comb. There are probably no such things in other hotels. Enjoyable stay. I could pay on the spot in cash. I recommend Hotel Los Arcos.

One small thing. There could be a toilet brush in the bathroom.

I rate this a 10 because the value for the money was wonderful. Location is great and the staff was very friendly. On top of the beds were comfy and the shower was lovely. All of that for one of the cheapest hotels in the area puts this at a 10.

Only because I feel like i have to mention it, the facade looks a bit old.

The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the historic acqueduct and 15 mins to the cathedral.

Underground parking was very convenient however spaces were tight and many concrete columns meant a lot of manoeuvring needed.
